팀 프로젝트 학습용 평가 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

제7차 교육과정이 시행됨에 따라 교육 현장은 개별적으로 지식을 암기하고 이해하는 전통적인 학습 방법을 탈피하여 팀 단위의 협동적인 문제 해결 과정을 통해 고등 사고력이나 의사소통 능력과 사회적 기술 등을 기를 수 있는 팀 프로젝트 학습이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 팀 단위로 수업을 진행할 경우에 교사는 팀의 성공에 동일한 노력을 기울이지 않은 학습자에게 어떻게 점수를 부여할 것인가의 문제에 봉착하게 된다. 그리고 교과지도 이외에도 많은 행정 업무로 인한 시간의 부족과, 평가지 관리상의 어려움 때문에 교사들은 팀 단위의 프로젝트 수업을 꺼려하고 있다. 팀 프로젝트 학습은 팀을 이루어 해결 방안을 토론하고, 역할을 분담하며, 힘을 모아 과제를 해결해야 한다. 그러므로 결과 그 자체의 평가에 치우치지 말고 팀별로 해결하기 위한 과정과 협동심, 객관적인 사고 등을 종합적으로 평가하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 현실적인 문제점들을 인식하고 팀 프로젝트의 학습의 결과뿐만 아니라 수행과정까지 함께 평가할 수 있고, 다면적인 평가를 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.;The 7th Curriculum overcomes the traditional learning method of memorizing and understanding knowledge individually and increases use of team project study which fosters advanced intelligence and communication capability and social skill through team oriented problem solving process. However, when a team oriented class is conducted, a teacher faces a problem of grading the team members who do not equally contribute to the success of the team. In addition, the lack of time due to excessive administrative duty and subject guidance and uneasiness of managing evaluation papers make teachers to hesitate to introduce team oriented project class. Participants of team project study are supposed build a team, discuss for an alternative, distribute the roles and cooperate to solve the task. Therefore, the evaluation should not be focused on the result itself but comprehensively evaluate the process of problem solving, cooperation and objective thinking. This thesis perceives the realistic problems and designs and embodies a system which is in capable of grading not only the result of team project study but also the conducting process and multidimensional evaluation.
