유치원 작업활동에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교육과정 중에서 작업활동에 관한 현황을 조사 분석함으로써 유치원 작업활동의 바람직한 방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 것이다. 이에따라 다음과 같은 문제들을 설정하였다. 1. 유치원 교육과정중에서 작업활동의 비중은 어떠한가? 2. 작업활동은 어느영역에 주로 목적을 두고 있는가? 3. 작업활동에 관한 교사의 지도방법은 어떠한가? 4. 작업활동을 위해 준비되어 있는 기본시설과 작업의 종류는 어떠한가? 5. 작업활동을 위한 폐품이용정도는 어느 정도인가? 이상의 연구문제를 수행하기 위하여 관계서적을 토대로 질문지를 작성하였다. 작성된 질문지를 서울시내 소재 250개 유치원을 대상으로 배부하였으며, 120부(회수율 48%)를 회수 하였다. 회수된 질문지(120부 ; 회수율 48%)중, 통계처리 가능한 112를 본 연구의 대상으로 하였으며, 백분율(%)과 χ^(2)검증(5%수준에서 유의도 검증)을 사용하여 분석·처리 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 일주일동안 작업활동의 횟수는 2∼4번이 대부분이며, 한번 작업활동시의 소요시간은 30∼40분(56.25%)인 경우가 가장 많았다. 2. 작업활동의 목적을 창의성 발달에 두고 있는곳이 30.65%로 가장 많았고, 정서·인지·사회성·신체발달의 순으로 나타났다. 3. 작업활동시 한가지 작업만을 일률적으로 제시하는 유치원이 가장 많으며(43.75%) 4가지 이상을 제시하는 곳은 9.82%로 나타났다. 4. 작업종류의 선택은 프로그램을 짜는 교사가 하는 경우가 55.36%로 많았으며, 작업종류 선택근거는 단원에 맞는 것을 선택하는 경우가 72.32%로 가장 많았다. 5. 교사의 지도방법은 새로운 작업 소개시, 자료를 제시하며 과정을 구체적으로 설명하는 곳이 46.43%로 가장 많았다. 작품평가는 작업활동이 끝난후 유아의 이야기를 듣고 글로 써준후, 모든 유아의 작품을 우·열없이 게시하는 경우가 53.57%로 가장 많았다. 6. 기본시설은 유치원에서 필요한 시설의 50%가 준비되어지고 있다. 7. 1년을 통해 소개되어지는 폐품이용도는 제시된 69가지중 31∼40개를 사용하는 유치원이 30.36%로 가장 많았다. 이상에서 유치원의 작업활동의 비중은 격일이나 매일 프로그램속에 포함되어지고 있으며, 창의성발달에 주로 교사들이 목적을 두고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 한가지 작업만을 제시하여 유아의 흥미와 발달단계의 차이를 고려하지 않은 유치원이 있는 것은 시정되어야 할 문제이며, 작업종류의 선택시에도 단원보다는 유아의 의견을 중시하도록 해야 할 것이다. 그리고 기본시설과 폐품이용도는 약 50% 소개되어짐을 살펴볼때, 교사들의 적극적인 작업활동의 준비가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.;Infant's distinctive feature is studied not by indication but through their activities and experience. Kindergarten's "Art Work" is that perhaps they themselves planning, choosing and experiencing. This research intends to remind the necessity and importance of Art Works, systematics Art Wroks initiated in the kindergarten, to find how to choose and guide nice Artworks, and analyze the contents of Art Work's materials how used in the kindergarten. For these purposes, following research objectives are established. 1. We find the Art Works relative importance of kindergarten's program. 2. We clarify on which of creative, emotional, intellectual and physical developments the Art Work programs put top objective 3. We find the current status teacher's guidance of Art Work Programs in the kindergarten. 4. We find that the basic equipment and a kind of Art Work's in the kindergarten. 5. We find that various material and waste articles for Art Work's time in the kindergarten. 6. Through Sundry records we indicate on better organization and guidance of Art Work Program. Each copy of questions and answered by a teacher in 112 kindergarten in Seoul. Through analysis of aboves, we obtained the following results. 1. With regard to the organization and guidance of Art Work Programs, "2 - 4 times a week" is most frequenty and necessary time for a Art Work ranges from 30 to 40 minutes. 2. In connection with educational objectives, Art Work for creative development cover 30.65% of all, and then come those for emotional development, intellectual development, social development followed by physical development Artwork. 3. In most kindergarten, one kind of Art Work is introduced and four kinds of Art Work for Art Work Program is less than 10% for all. 4. In choice of Art Works, programming teachers firstly take into consideration of the week's unit. 5. Most teacher explain a process of the work with Art Work materials in guiding principle. After their Art Work Program, teacher write children's thinking and ideas on their product and put up a wall having no connection of merits and demerits. 6. Most kindergarten have about 50% basic equipment of necessary things. 7. Most kindergarten introduced about 50% various materials and waste article of necessary thing through a year.
