AV coordinator의 役割에 관한 硏究

Abstract

Ⅰ. 序論 現在 敎育分野 全般에 걸쳐 대두되고 있는 문제점을 解決하기 위해서는 敎育方法의 改善이 이루어져야 한다. 특히 교육매체의 活用이 極大化 되려면 시청각資料室의 機能이 강화되어야 한다. 그리고 시청각資料室 운영의 성패는 AV coordinator의 역할에 달려있다 해도 過言이 아니므로 AV coordinator가 매우 중요한 위치에 있다고 할 수 있다. 本 硏究의 目的은 이러한 시청각資料室의 機能과 AV coordinator의 역할의 중대함과 다양함을 밝히고, 우리나라 중고등학교의 AV coordinator의 역할과 임무수행에 따른 문제점을 調査硏究하여 敎育方法의 改善에 이바지하는데 있다. 本 硏究에서 밝히려는 문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 시청각資料室의 機能은 어떠한 것인가? 2. AV coordinator의 역할은 어떠한 것인가? 3. 現在 우리나라 중·고등학교의 시청각 擔當敎師들의 임무수행에 따른 문제점은 무엇인가? 4. 이러한 문제점을 解決하기 위해서는 어떻게 해야 할 것인가? 위와 같은 문제들을 解決하기 위하여 文獻硏究와 질문지 調査硏究方法을 택하였다. Ⅱ. 本論 現在 우리나라 중·고둥학교의 AV coordinator의 역할 및 임무수행에는 많은 문제점이 있으며, 그 문제점들로 인하여 전반적으로 AV coordinator가 그 맡은 바 역할을 충분히 수행하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그 문제점들을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. AV coordinator의 過重한 授業負擔(주당 24時間 以上). 2. 학교 施說의 未備. 3. 豫算의 不足. 4. 敎料內容에 적합한 Soft ware의 부족. 5. 다른 敎師들의 무관심. 6. 시청각교육에 대한 專門知識의 부족. Ⅲ. 結論 우리나라 중·고등학교의 AV coordinator가 맡은 바 역할을 다하기 위해서 다음과 같은 提言을 하고자 한다. 1. 학교 敎育現場에 專門敎育을 받은 AV coordinator가 配置되어야 한다. 2. 그러기 위해서는 학교 System속에 AV coordinator의 配置를 法的으로 뒷받침 해 주어야 한다. 3. AV coordinator의 역할의 重大함과 多樣함에 비추어 專門敎育을 받을 수 있는 AV coordinator의 養成機關의 증가가 필요하다. 4. 학교 施設의 擴充이 요청된다. 5. 시청각교육 方法에 對한 敎師들의 관심과 理解가 있어야 한다. 特히 학교장을 中心으로 한 全 敎師의 노력과 硏究熱이 요청된다. 6. 학교 當局의 적극적인 政策장려가 필요하며, 예산의 뒷받침이 요청된다. 7. 敎科內容에 적합한 Soft ware의 개발이 필요하다.;Ⅰ. The Purpose of this Study It is considered that improvement of educational method shall be made in order to solve several problems faced to the whole educational field, and especially to maximize utilization of educational media the function of Audiovisual Learning Resource Center shall be reinforced. Since success or failure in operation of Audiovisual Learning Resoruce Center is depending on Audiovisual Coordinator, the role of AV coordinator will become very important and varied. The purpose of this Study is to clarify the role of AV Coordinator and the function of such AV Learning Resource Center, and to devote to improvement of educational methods in Korea by researching every problem in executing the role of AV Coordinator and affairs in Middle & High Schools in Korea. The following are the problems to be clarified through this Study : A. What is the function of Audiovisual Learning Resource Center? B. What is the role of AV Coordinator? C. What is the problem for Middle & High School's AV Coordinators in executing their affairs? D. To solve such problems what should be taken? To clarify such problem, research of literature and questinnaire method were adopted for this Study. Ⅱ. The Analysis of the Survey Results The following are the problems incidental for Middle & High School's AV Coordinators in Korea to execute their affairs and roles : A. It has been shown that AV Coordinators are just 3.8% among the whole AV Coordinators, who took their major for Avdiovisual Education. This shows lack of manpower qualified in the professional knowledges. B. Generally, it thas been shown that AV Coordinator has never executed the whole roles assigned sufficiently. Such reasons are : a. heavy lord of teaching hours b. lack of facility in School c. lack of budget d. lack of soft-ware e. Negligence of School teachers f. lack of professional knowledges of AV education Ⅲ. Suggestions The following are suggested under the foregoing research : A. At the location of School education, AV Coordinator must be, who has been receiving the professional education. B. For this, legally assignment of AV Coordinator to the schools must be supported in the school system. C. It is necessary to increase number of Educational Institutes to educate AV Coordinator comparing that the role of AV Coordinator is very important and varied. D. It is urgent to require expansion of the school facility. E. It is required to strongly support budget and actively encourage policy of the school authority. F. It is necessary to develop the soft-ware.
