Abstract
敎育工學은 敎授方法등을 包含한 敎育問題의 解決을 위하여 敎育接術, 學習理論. 커뮤니케이션理論, 認識理論등을 綜合 硏究하는 行動科學과 人工頭腦學(Cybernetice)的 接近으로, 人間學習에 있어 Feedback의 空間投入 實現을 유출하는 自然科學의 成果를, 敎授-學習 過程에 適用하여, 敎師의 敎授(teaching)가 단순히 정보(informing)提供으로 끝나지않고, 兒童의 學習(learning)에 연결되어 敎育의 效果를 期할 수 있는 敎授理論과 모델(model)을 提示 提言해줄 수 있다. 여기에 本 硏究는 幼年期의 積極的(poaitive)인 經驗의 形成으로 의도적인 人間 特性의 계발을 圖謨할 수 있는 早期敎育을 위한 敎授方榮으로서의 敎育工學의 導入에 대한 文獻硏究로서 그 目的은 다음과 같다. 1. 早期敎育을 위한 敎授方法으로서의 敎育工學의 導入은 早期敎育의 特性을 얼마만큼 肯定約으로 받아들이고 또 促進시킬 수 있을까에 대한 文獻硏究와 2. 敎育工學을 導入한 早期敎育 實質的인 敎授 方案으로는 어떠한 敎授方法들이 있는지, 그 方法의 種類와 形態에 관한 文獻硏究, 그리고 3. 早期敎育을 위한 敎授方案으로서 導入된 敎授方法들이 實際的으로 어떻게 適用되었는지 이에 대한 背景銳과 그것에 대한 敎授原理에 관한 文獻硏究다. 本 硏究의 進行은 다음의 節次에 依撚하였다. Ⅰ. 序論 Ⅱ. 敎育工學의 理論的 考察 Ⅲ. 早期敎育의 理論的 考察 Ⅳ. 早期敎育에 있어서 敎育工學的 敎援形態 Ⅴ. 結論 文獻을 통한 本 硏究의 結果 다음과 같은 結論이 얻어졌다. 1. 人間에게 있어 早期의 環境(物理的·心理的 環境包含)은 知能, 性格, 情緖의 發達에 有意味한 영향을 미친다. 2. 敎授方案으로서의 敎育工學의 導入은 有意味한 早期의 環境을 强化시켜, 結果的으로 早期敎育의 特性을 積極的으로 促進시킨다. 3. 早期敎育을 위한 敎授方案으로서 導入하는 敎育工學에 의한 敎授方法들은 무한하고 다양한 것으로 계속 發展的이다. 4. 早期敎育을 위한 敎授의 原理는 1) 敎授의 內容을 「쉬운 것에서 어려운 것으로」「한가지를 理解하고 다음으로」의 課題分析(Task Amalysis)의 槪念과 手法으로, 兒童의 恩考를 段階的으로 구체화시켜 行動次元의 細分化를 造成시키도록 되어 있고, 2) 機敎材의 使用에 있어서는 feedback의 機能과 人工頭腦學的 槪念이 導入되어 學習狀況의 조정으로 學習의 能率化를 期할 수 있게 되어 있다.;The Educational Technology is the behavioral science and Cybernetics approach that synthetically study the Education techniques, learning theory, communication theory and recognition theory for the solution of an education problem including the education methods. After these apply to the process among professors and students the results of nature science that flow out the space throwing and realization of feedback is human learning, we know that the teaching of teachers isn't only informing but is connected with the learning of children and then can present of suggest the feaching theory and mode that can manifest the effect of an education. This report is the literery study related to the invention of the educational technology as the, teaching method for an early education that can attempt the development of human character in the forming of positive experience in childhood. We give the aims of this study. 1. To study the bibliography for the perception of the supposition that the introducation of educational technology into the teaching method for early education. 2. To study the bibliography for the variety, kinds, and forms for teaching methods in the practices of teaching method for early education after the introduction of educational technology. 3. To study the bibliography for the teaching principales for what is the background of educational technology introduced into teaching method for advance education. The process of this study is in the following item : Ⅰ. The introduction Ⅱ. The theoretical consideration of an educational technology. Ⅲ. The theoretical consideration of an early education Ⅳ. The Application of educational Technology to the teaching methods for an early education. Ⅴ. The summary and conclusion. The important conclusions of this study through the bibliography are as follows : 1. Early circumstance (physical, psychological circumstances) has a great influence on the development of intellect, character, and emotion 2. The introduction of educational technology into teaching method for early education accelerates the meaningful early circumstance. 3. The teachingmethod introduced by educational technology for early education continues to be developed infinitely and variously. 4. Teaching principles for early education is : a. to make child's thought concrete and to make the formation of behavioral dimension separate by means of the conception and approach of Task Analysis : from easy to difficult; from one apprehension to another one. b. to contribute the introduction of feedback function and cybernetics into the formation of educational circumstance to learning efficiency, using teaching materials and instrument.
