韓國産 珊瑚蟲類(Anthozoa)의 分類에 관하여

Abstract

1. 해양 목(海楊目)은 강장동물 문(腔腸動物門), 산호충 강(珊瑚蟲綱)에 속하는 한 분류군이며, 이 논문에는 해양목의 분류결과를 기록했다. 해양 목을 분류하기 위하여 1971년 8월, 1972년 8월에 동해안의 안인잔(安仁津)과 구룡포(九龍浦), 1976년 12월에 남해안의 미포(미浦)에서 재료를 채집하였다. 채집된 재료들은 멘톨을 떨어 뜨린 해수 속에서 5~7시간 마취시킨 다음 70~80% 알코올에 보존하였다. 그 외의 재료들은 1969년부터 1976년에 이르기까지 본교 생물학에 채집되어 보관되어 있는 재료들을 사용하였다. 2. 동정·분류하기 위하여 표본의 외부 형태를 관찰한 다음, 공육(共肉, anthocodia)과 폴립(polyp)을 Ep어 10% 차아염소산나트륨(NaClO) 용액에 녹혔다. 3. 이때 얻은 골편은 증류수로 여러번 씻은 다음 알코올로 탈수시켜 카나다 발삼으로 봉입하여 현미경으로 관찰하였다. 4. 재료들을 동정·분류한 결과 2아목 3과 5속 13종 이었으며 이들은 모두 한국 미기록종으로서 다음과 같다. This work is designed in an attempt to study on the Classification of Korean Gorgonacea, Anthozoa. For this study, the Author, by himself collected materials on Aninjin and Guryongpo of the Yellow Sea, August 1971 and 1972, and on Mipc of the South Sea, August 1976. Materials collected were anesthetized with seawater containing methold in dark room for 5 through 7 hours and then preserved in 70 - 80% solution of alcohol. The materials were also examined that had been collected on Seogwipo, Mipo, Oryug Island and Hoenggan Island during the period from 1969 to 1975 and that had been preserved in the Department of Biology, Ewha Womans University. 2. To identify and classify the materials, coenenchyme and polyps were dissolved in 10% solution of NaClO, after the external features were observed. 3. The remaining spicules were washed off with distilled water several times, dehydrated with alcohol, mounted with canada balsam and then observed with microscope. 4. The results of the identification and classification were turned out be 13 species, 5 genera, 3 families of 2 suborders.
