勤勞靑少年들의 讀書傾向과 그 實態에 關한 分析的 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究는 勤勞靑少年들의 讀書에 對한 傾向과 그 實態를 調査分析하였다. 本 硏究에서 標椎對象者는 生産 業體別로 電子(3), 製藥(2), 製菓(2), 纖維(1), 化粧品(1)等 9個 企業體로서 性別, 學歷別, 年齡別로 男子 117名 女子 337名으로 總 454名을 對象으로 하였다. 本 硏究에서는 다음과 같은 事項을 調査하여 分析하였다. A. 讀書態度 1. 讀書하는 理由 2. 讀書목항는 理由 B. 讀書方法 1. 讀書方法 C. 讀書環境 1. 圖書室 有無 2. 體憩時間 讀書可能 與否 3. 藏書量 D. 圖書購入 1. 圖書入手方法 2. 圖書月間 購入量 3. 圖書月間購入費 E. 讀書量 1. 月間 讀書時間量 2. 月間 讀書量 F. 讀書傾向 1. 讀書種類 2. 韓國文學作品과 外國飜譯作品의 嗜好比較 3. 作品種類 G. 讀書影響 1. 讀書가 社會生活에 미치는 影響 以上과 같은 調査에서 勤勞靑少年들의 讀書傾向과 實態를 把握하여 다음과 같은 結論과 提言을 얻었다. A. 結論 1. 讀書態度와 讀書方法에 있어서 性別의 差異는 많지 않으나 男女 모두 敎養을 쌓기위해 讀書를 한다는 것이 全體의 72.3%로 가장 많으며 精讀이 58%로 많으며 2. 讀書環境과 圖書購入에 있어서 9 個企業體中 圖書室이 있는 企業體는 5個業體이며 圖書購入의 月間 消費額은 1,000원 程度가 50%로 가장 많으며 3. 圖書量은 하루에 한시간 程度가 가장 많으며 月間 讀書量은 男子는 1卷程度 女子는 2卷~3卷程度가 많아 男子보다 女子가 讀書에 더 熱意가 있음을 나타내며 4. 讀書傾向과 讀書影響은 男子는 여러 種類로 分散된 傾向이나 女子는 文學作品이 가장 많으며 讀書가 社會生活에 미치는 影響은 많은 도움을 준다는 項에 比率이 크다. B. 提言 勤勞靑少年들은 雇用하고 있는 企業體는 좀더 勞動基準法을 遵守하여 餘暇善用에 讀書를 권장하며 圖書室에 備置되여 있는 藏書類를 늘리고 日常生活에서 讀書가 習慣化되도록 하여 勤勞靑少年들의 精神的 啓發에 보탬이 되도록 하기를 바란다.;The purpose of this study is to find out your laborers' reading tendency and status by using self-made questionaire. As subjects, 117 of male and 337 of female (total 454) were chosen by companies (9 were selected from five kinds of companies of electronics, pharmaceutical, confectionary, textile and cosmetic), sex, educational background and age. Reading effect on the social life (Reading has a great effect on the social life) 57.3% As a result of analysis of the questionaire, the following conclusions and suggestions were made: 1. Young labourers' attitude toward reading was considered favorable, and it showed that if they have time and money to space, they are able of read more books. 2. Is is hoped that each of the companies which has no library establish it and encourage reading to young laborers at break that the companies which have already established libraries increase the amount of books so that it may be helpful to gain knowledge and refinment. 3. Now that the present study only deals five kinds of companies, it is suggested that this be followed by more comprehensive studies in the hope of contributing to young labourers' reading.
