韓國 敎會學校 幼稚部 커리큘럼 硏究

Abstract

敎育課程의 構成은 敎育的 努力의 效能을 높이고자 하는데 그 의도가 있고 그 效能은 분명하게 인식된 目漂와 바르게 理解된 실습이론을 연결시켜 잘 짜여진 교육계획이 세워지고 실천되었을 때 크게 기대되는 것이다. 韓國 敎會의 敎育的 使命도 이러한 점에 유의하지 않고서 그 본임을 다했다고 할 수 없을 것이다. 本 硏究의 目的은 現在 韓國 敎會學敎 幼維部에서 使用하고있는 敎師用 敎材가 이러한 점에 유의하여 그 本來의 임무를 다하고 있는가를 R. Goldman의 發達學敎敎育理論에 비추어 評價해 보려는데 있다. 이 分析硏究는 다음과 같은 假定을 前提로 하고 있다. 어린이를 위한 宗敎敎育 커리큘럼은 어린이의 發達段階的 特性과 基本要求에 맞추어서 內容과 方法이 決定 選擇되어야만 敎育的 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이 分析硏究에 使用된 資料는 現在 韓國 敎會學校 幼稚部에서 使用 하고 있는 敎師用 敎材의 커리큘럼으로 대표적인 것 6개 - 새계단공과 유치부 1, 새계단공과 유치부 2, 주일학교 공과 유치부, 성경공부 유치부 1, 교회학교 계단공과 말씀과 삶 유치부, 복음의 빛 공과 - 에 限한다. 硏究에 使用된 方法은 초보적인 문서분류법이며 밝히려고 하는 문제는 다음과 같다. (1) 幼稚部 어린이들에게는 發達限界가 있는데 韓國 敎會學校에서 使用하고 있는 幼稚部 敎材들이 이 時期 兒童의 發達限界에 맞추어 敎育的으로 적절하게 짜여져 있는지를 살펴본다. (2) 宗敎敎育은 兒童의 基本 欲求를 充足시켜주는 것이어야 하는데 韓國 敎會學校 幼稚部에서 使用하고 있는 敎材가 이 時期 兒童의 基本欲求를 充足시키는 內容들과 方法들로 짜여져 있는지를 살펴본다. (3) 韓國 敎會學校 幼稚部에서 使用하고 있는 各 敎材들은 그 神學的인 背景, 信仰의 特性, 敎育의 目漂에 따라 그 敎育的인 努力도 다를 것이다. 그러므로 各 敎材 間의 비교를 通해서 어느 敎材가 더 敎育的인 配慮를 하고 있는가를 살펴본다. 分析된 結果는 다음과 같다 : 韓國 敎會學校 幼稚部에서 使用하고 있는 敎材들은 敎育的 效能을 充分히 높일 수 있도록 心理學的으로, 敎育學的으로 잘 계획된 것이라고 보기는 어렵다. 단지 分析한 6개의 커리큘럼 중에서 ＜주일학교 공과 유치부＞를 제외한 5개의 커리큘럼은 그런대로 敎育的 效果를 약간은 염두에 두고 계획된 커리큘럼이라고 볼 수 있으며 ＜주일학교 공과 유치부＞는 전혀 고려되지 않고 있는데 그것은 아마 그 교파의 독특한 신학체계가 있기 때문이 아닌가 생각된다. 각 교파 간에는 상이한 신학체계가 있는데 종 더 효과적인 교육실시를 위해 이의 주요한 원인을 규명할 수 있는 계속적인 연구가 요청된다.;The composition of curriculums attempts to raise a educational effort. It's effectiveness is expected when the linkage between apparently perceived objectives and correctly comprehensive practice is harmoniously cooperated. The educational missions in Korean church school have to considered in terms of this. A purpose of this study is intended to analyse and evaluate a teacher's textbook using at the branch of a kindergarten in Korean church school. The approach of this study is analysed and evaluated in terms of the theory of a developmental religious education. There are some presuppositions in this study. It is expected to its educational effectiveness when the contents and methods of a religious education is selected in the light of the characteristics of the developmental stages and basic demands. Six curriculum which are now used most widely in seveal main denominational churches, were selected for data. Materials from these curriculums were prepared for children in the pre-religious thinking stage. Analysis was done from the following three sides : 1) In view of the fact that pre-school children are developmental limits in religious growth, this disseration will undertake to examine training materials and aids in current use on branch of kindergarten in Korean church school and see if they are educationally appropriate as regards such linitations. 2) As it is required of all religious training to meet children's basic demands, an attempt is made here to see whether the same training materials and aids are appropriate in their contents and methods. 3) As each material of aid in current use on branch of kindergarten in Korean church school aims at its particular objectives according to their theological backgrounds, religious peculiarities, and educational objectives, a comparative study will be made to determine which one is more educational than others. The results are as follows : It can be said, to a certain degree, five curriculums that curriculums on branch of kindergarten in Korean school are effectively planned and for mulated under the proper educational considerations. Only one curriculum is not effectively planned and formulated under proper educational considerations. One curriculums is(The teacher's textbook on branch of kindergarten in Korean church school 1). Since each denomination has unique characteristic in the areas of the theology, further research on, what are the major factors which contribute to the difference is required to perform christian Education, more effectively.
