지행 괴리 극복을 위한 중학교 도덕과 교수-학습 방안 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 도덕과 교육에서의 지행의 괴리를 극복하기위한 교수-학습 사례를 수집하여 분석하고, 그러한 사례 분석을 통하여 중학생들에게 적절한 도덕과 교수-학습 방안의 특성을 밝히는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 중학교 교육과정과 교과서를 분석하고 현장에서 직접 도덕교육을 담당하고 있는 교사의 입장에서의 경험을 바탕으로 다양한 교수-학습 방법을 탐색하고 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 지행괴리극복을 위한 구체적인 교수-학습 사례를 발굴하여 소개하고 그 특성들을 분석하고 비현실적인 도덕적 요소의 적용보다는 현실적인 도덕적 사례를 바탕으로 도덕적 지식과 실천의 통합 과정에서 나타나는 특성들이 무엇인지에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도덕적 가치, 규범의 의미와 중요성 및 생활 속에서 실제로 있었던 일이나 충분히 있을 법한 도덕적 문제 사태 또는 이야기 형태 등으로 된 생각해 볼 거리를 제시하였다. 둘째, 관련된 가치, 규범의 의미와 타당성을 생각해 보고, 지행합일에 관련해서 올바른 행동이 무엇인지를 숙고해 보게 하는 사례 학습을 제시하여 학생들은 그 문제에 어떤 도덕적 가치, 규범이 관련되고 있는지 그 가치, 규범이 의미하는 바가 무엇이며 올바르게 사고하고 판단하는 경험을 하게 된다. 셋째, 바람직한 생활 자세, 행위 양식, 실천 방법 등을 알리고 이의 이해를 통한 내면화를 심화하고자 하였다. 부딪치는 관점, 견해, 이익 등의 조화가 비교적 용이하게 추구될 수 있는 수준의 것으로 제시되는 것이 바람직하다 할 것이다. 이상과 같이 교수-학습 모형을 학습에 활용하여 나타날 학습효과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 중학교 도덕교육의 통합적 교육 방법에 있어서 다양한 논의 학습과 생활에 밀접한 사례 학습은 현실 사회의 도덕 문제에 대한 관심을 갖게 하고 생동감 있는 수업으로 합리적 판단력, 도덕적 실천력에 도움이 될 것이며 가치 판단력 강화에 높은 효과가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 사례 학습에 대한 흥미와 필요성을 증가 시켜 수업 태도를 긍정적으로 변화 시킬 것이며 어떠한 상황에서도 말하고 행동하기 전 신중히 생각하는 태도와 ,충동과 욕구를 억제하는 생활 태도를 가져 올 것이다. 셋째, 자신의 가치를 재확인 하게 함으로써 올바른 가치를 선택하고 자율성과 책임감을 강화 시키고 학교나 사회생활에서 원만한 인간관계와 감정의 변화, 적극적, 계획적 생활 태도의 변화를 줄 것이며 준법의식 주인의식 등을 강화 시킬 것이다. 넷째, 양보와 타협, 상호 의존의 중요성을 깨닫게 하여 사회문제를 해결하려는데 긍정적인 태도를 심어주어야 하며 결과보다 과정을 중시하는 통합적인 교육방법을 통해 학습의욕을 고취시켜야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 지행합일과 같이 배움과 실천이 통합되는 교육과정은 우리가 살아가면서 붙이 치게 되는 구체 적인 상황에서 지행합일의 과정을 이룰 때 가치 판단력을 어떻게 계발하고 실행 할 것인가의 과제를 시사해 줄 것이다.;The purpose of this study was to find the characteristics of proper teaching method and studying plan of moral education of middle school through collecting and analyzing formal studies which was teaching method and studying plan for overcoming the estrangement between knowledge and conduct. In order to attain this purpose, various teaching method and studying plan was analyzed and developed on the base a middle school curriculum and the textbook was analyzed and analyzing experience of the teacher who takes charge of a direct moral education from the school. On the base of mentioned method, this study developed and analyzed the characteristics of proper teaching method and studying plan to overcome the estrangement between knowledge and conduct. This study was focused on the characteristics which were revealed on the integration process of real moral knowledge and practice instead of application of unreal moral element. It was arranged as below. First, it was presented which was enough to think moral value, the meaning of norm, the importance of norm and moral problematic situation from life. Second, the student will have the experience on the moral value and moral norm through the sample studying plan to consider right conduct about the estrangement between knowledge and conduct after thinking the meaning and a validity of relevant value and norm. Third, this study presented the deepening the mind through the understanding a desirable life attitude, an act form and the practical method. It is desirable to be presented on the level which is pursed with ease the comparison of the viewpoint which it bumps against, point of view, the profit, and etc. The studying effect which above teaching method and studying plan will be applied for moral education curriculum of middle school are follows. First, there will be high effect to make rational judgement as the active curriculum which is to have the interest regarding the moral problem of the actual society through the education of discussion and example relative to actual life. Second, there will be to change a study attitude affirmative to increase an interest and the necessity regarding case study and will become a life attitude which is a attitude to think sincerely before talking and acting and is a attitude to suppress a impulse and desire. Third, there will be to strengthen the responsibility and doing by oneself to select right value as find again one's value, to make life attitude harmonious and autonomous result from the school or life in society and to make strengthen a law-abiding spirit and the owner awareness. Fourth, there will be positive attitude after understanding the importance of compromise, concession and mutual dependence and will be to inspire studying desire through the curriculum which process is more important than the result. Fifth, the curriculum which will combine knowledge and conduct like coincidence of knowledge and conduct will present to develop and do value judgment power during real situation which we meet the estrangement between knowledge and conduct on practical life. Consequently, it is necessary that students will be taught to have the habit of coincidence between knowledge and conduct through proper studying plan like learning experience of real experience. The students will be the superb member of society who can practice knowledge, give way to others, and consider others.
