교회의 영, 유아부 교육 프로그램의 운영 실태 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 서울시내 교회의 영·유아부 프로그램의 운영형태와 교육실태를 조사하고 현재 교회에서 실시하고 있는 영·유아부 교육 프로그램을 비교 분석해 보고자 한다. 교회교육 운영 실태를 조사, 분석함으로서 교회교육의 영·유아부 프로그램의 방향을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적에 따라 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 서울시내 교회학교에서 영·유아부 교육 프로그램의 목표는 어떠한가? 2. 서울시내 교회학교에서 영·유아부 프로그램의 교육 시간과 교육 활동은 어떠한가? 3. 서울시내 교회학교에서 영·유아부 교재와 교수매체 활용은 어떠한가? 4. 서울시내 교회학교에서 영·유아부 교육 프로그램의 계획 및 평가는 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가? 5. 서울시내 교회학교에서 영·유아부 교육 프로그램 운영시 가정과의 연계를 위한 형태는 어떠한가? 본 연구의 대상은 서울시내의 교회에서 영·유아부를 운영하고 있는 97개의 교회학교이다. 연구방법은 질문지에 의한 조사연구로서, 한국교회 주소록의 명부를 표집틀로 하여 단순무선표집하는 방법으로 하였다. 각 교회에 예비 조사를 통해 영·유아부의 담당교사 237명에게 질문지를 발송하고, 총 140부의 회송된 질문지중 일부의 문항이 누락된 43부를 제외한 총 97부의 질문지를 빈도와 백분율로 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 서울시내 주일학교에서 영·유아부 교육을 담당하는 교사들의 교육목표는 현대 신학에 기초한 기독교 교육의 입장이 가장 많았다. 2. 서울시내 주일학교에서 교육시간은 평균 1시간10분에서 1시간 20분으로 이루어지고 있었으며, 실시하는 교육 활동의 유형은 찬송, 설교, 성경학습, 자유놀이, 미술·작업활동, 간식, 신체적 게임 및 레크레이션이었다. 3. 영·유아부 교육시 8종의 공과교재를 사용하고 있었다. 교재 사용 불만족시 이유로는 연령에 부적합하거나, 교수 방법 제시의 미흡성이었다. 활용하는 교수매체 유형으로는 주로 평면 그림자료를 많이 사용하며, 제작시 어려움은 제작방법에 대한 지식 부족과 참고자료 부족이었다. 4. 교육계획 및 평가에서는 담당 교역자와 동료교사들과 함께 계획, 평가가 이루어지며 주로 행사 실행 중점으로 평가 활동이 이루어지고 있었다. 5. 가정과의 연계방법은 가정 통신문과 예배 참관을 통한 활동이 주였으며, 부모 교육 강좌와 같이 부모를 일차적인 교육 대상으로 하여 교육을 실시하는 곳은 적었다.;This study examines and analyses a surveey of early childhood education programs of church schools. The ultimate purpose of this study is to provide basic data and materials about early childhood education programs of church schools. For this study, the following questions have been determined. 1. What is the objects of early childhood education programs of church schools? 2. How is the progress in the daily activities of early childhood education programs of church schools? 3. How is the textbooks and teaching media of early childhood education programs of church schools? 4. How is the plan and the evalution of early childhood education programs of church schools? 5. How is the parent-educations of early childhood education programs of church schools? The subjects of this study were 97 church schools that manage early childhood education programs in Seoul. The experimental method was a questionarie. Also, this study used random sampling from the Korean churches register of names. The obtained data were processed by using frequencies and percentages. The results of this study are as following : 1. The object of education is the contemporary teological approch. 2. Daily activities carry out mainly within a hour period. The activity contents are preparatory Praise, Worship, Bible study, free play art, rythmical games, and recreation. 3. Teachers use 8 various Bible materials, for dissatisfation, the materials are incongruent with the insufficient. Teacher's materials mainly plain pictures. When teachers make the materials, they have difficulty because a deficienecy of knowledge of teaching methods and a schortage of reference materials. 4. Ministers in charge of the programs and co-teachers carry out the educational plans and evalutions and design the educational programs together. Most evalution activity is carried out at special student evants when the studens present their kowledgy. 5. Through Connection between the church and the home is mainly correspondence with parents and worship observation. However, atterdence at parent-education lectures is limited because pearens seem to have a somewhat negative attitude to such activities.
