성인 기독교교육의 해석학적 접근

Abstract

I intend to give Christian adults a hinge in doing the right thing with reliability, with appropriate selection and with critical judgement on the basis of cristian truth through those analytic approaches to the Cristian Educatidn to make it come true that the current task that be hold, with which modern socity is confronted. In the 1st chapter, focused on significance and requirment of her meneutics approaches to Adult Cristian Educatidn for the qualitative enhancement of Korean Church. In the 2nd chapter, is to look into diversed attributes related to adult cristian education by those sociorogical, pedagogycal, feministic, and psychological approaches to comprehend the implication of "ADULT" as a leaner of Cristian Education. In the 3rd chapter, examines, deviding the logical background of analytic access into two pieces, a theological and an ideological environment. And makes a general survey of the theory, dealing with a peculiarity of the hermeneutics approaches, a goal of and a method of education. In the 4th chapter, gives it a try to notify the Hermeneutics App roaches to Adult Cristian Education. it begins with a brief study of educational methodology of "Shared Praxis" by T. H. Groome, to which hermeneutics approaches was attampted. And consists of educational models under the adaptation of that method to an adult cristian education. Enviromental issues would be the main theme, just like being called pervasive, confronted and the most remarkable subject in our society. In the last chapter, is a colosing part. this section surmerizes the body text and present several restrictives on the Hermeneutics Approches to Christian Education in Korean contingency.;본 논문은 한국교회의 질적 성숙을 위한 성인 기독교교육의 과제를 해결하기 위한 노력으로 기독교교육의 해석학적 접근이 요청됨을 밝히고, 해석학적 접근 이론의 교육방법을 적용하여 한국교회 성인 교육현장을 위한 하나의 해석학적 교육모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제 1장은 본 논문의 서론으로 성인 기독교교육의 문제점과 필요성을 제기하면서 연구목적과 의의 그리고 연구방법 및 범위를 밝혔다. 제 2장은 성인 교육을 위하여 학습자인 성인에 대한 이해를 여러 다양한 학문적 접근을 통하여 살펴보았다. 사회학적 접근에서는 현대사회의 특성을 성인교육과 관련하여 분석하여 현대사회에서의 성인을 위한 계속교육의 필요성과 당위성을 밝히고자 하였다. 교육학적인 접근에서는 성인학습론(Andragogy)을 중심으로 성인의 학습과 관련한 특성을 아동학습론(Pedagogy) 이론과의 비료를 통하여 살펴보았다. 심리학적 접근에서는 성인기의 변화에 대한 특성을 설명해주고 있는 발달 심리 이론을 통하여 성인기의 특성을 살펴보았다. 기존의 남성을 중심으로 연구된 발달심리학의 연구 결과는 비교적 널리 소개되었으므로 본 장에서는 에릭슨의 자아 발달이론, 해비거스트의 발달 과업 이론, 그리고 최근 기독교교육에 타당성을 크게 시사하고 있는 삶의 주기에 따른 성인 연구를 레빈슨을 중심으로 간략히 살펴보았다. 여성학적 접근에서는 인간 이해에 있어서 남성 중심의 사회에서 남성 우월적인 편견들을 지닌 심리학 이론들을 받아들여 인간발달 이해에 적용하여 왔음을 최근 여성학자들의 연구를 통하여 비판적으로 지적하고, 이제까지 배제되어 왔던 성인 여성의 특성을 이해하고자 여성의 자아 정체성과 여성의 인식방식과 선택방식에 관한 연구 내용을 살펴보았다. 제 3장에서는 앞서 살펴본 성인이해를 기반으로 하여 본 논문이 의도하는 기독교교육의 해석학적 접근을 파악하고자 해석학적 접근의 이론적 배경과 해석학적 접근의 특징, 교육목표, 교육방법을 살펴보았다. 제 4장에서는 기독교교육의 해석학적 접근의 교육방법을 제시한 Thomas H. Groome의 Shared Praxis 교육방법론을 요약하여 살펴본 후 Groome의 Shared Praxis 교육방법을 환경교육을 중심으로 성인교육에 적용하여 해석학적 교육모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 제 5장은 본 논문의 결론으로 논문의 내용 요약을 하고, 해석학적 접근 이론을 한국교회 성인 기독교교육 현장에 적용하는데 있어서의 제한점을 지적하고 제언을 하였다.
