교회에서의 부부교육목회 연구

Abstract

This thesis aims for studying importance of a family ministry in the church, and especially, seeking a ministerial approach to the direction, content and method of an effective couple education in the education of adult. The first chapter is the instroduction of this study, and brings up a matter and makes the matter clear through this thesis, and the aim, mothod and scope of this study are established. Likewise, the importance of family, especially, the importance of couple around the family, is instituted, and the necessity of the couple education in the church is proposed. In the second chapter, the ground for home in the Bible is studied, and through the theological home view in the Bible, the essence of a Christian home is deliberated, and the features of the original home, the best home which is scen by God, is tried to be sought in this thesis. In the third chapter, the characteristie of the modern society is deliberated through the general opinion for home, and the change and crisis of home and the problims on couple, children, and seniors of the modern family are studied. In the fourth chapter, the matters of a Christian home, especially, matters between couple, educational matter for children, and Christians marriage as basic works for the couple edcation for educational ministry in the church are deliberated, and the problems of a Christian home are accounted for. In the fifth chapter, relationship between church and home and the necessity of home ministry are considered, and the home ministry of Korean church, the understanding and interest of ministers on the couple educational ministry , and the content of the present-carried out couple education are diagnosed. The content and method and direction of education for an expectant couple, newly-married couple, middle-aged couple, and aged couple in behalf of the couple educational ministry in the church are tried to be sought. The sixth chapter is the part of conclusion, so there is a brief summary therein, and this thesis is concluded as a proposal of a study student for the couple education of church. We are needless to say importance of home which is the basic constituent unit of society. Especially, the relation of husband and wife which becomes the main axis of home makes a core of education around the home ministry. From now, Korean church must revitalize the couple educational ministry in the church in a ministerial position of education, and continue to study it and have a deep interest in it in the future.;본 논문의 목적은 교회의 가정목회의 중요성을 연구하며, 특히 성인교육에 있어서 효과적인 부부교육의 방향과 내용, 방법 등의 교육 목회적 접근을 모색하려는데 있다. 제 1 장에서는 서론으로 문제의 제기와 본 논문의 목적을 밝히면서 가정의 중요성과 그 가운데서도 가정의 중심이 되는 부부의 중요성을 제시하면서 교회의 부부교육의 필요성을 이야기 하였다. 제 2 장에서는 가정의 성서신학적 근거를 살펴 보았다. 성서적 가정관을 통해 그리스도인 가정의 본질을 살펴보고 가정본래의 모습인 "하나님이 보시기에 심히 좋은 가정"으로서의 가정을 이루어 보려는 시도이다. 제 3 장에서는 산업사회의 발달로 인한 현대 사회의 특징을 살펴보고 가정의 일반적 진단으로 변화하는 현대 사회에서의 가정의 개념 변화와 가정의 위기를 부부문제, 자녀문제, 노인문제를 통해 살펴보았다. 제 4 장에서는 교회의 교육목회로서의 부부교육을 위한 기초작업으로 기독교 가정의 문제와 자녀교육문제, 기독교인의 결혼 만족도를 통해 기독교 가정의 문제를 전반적으로 진단해 보았다. 기독교 가정도 이 시대 속에서 살고 있으므로 역시 많은 문제를 안고 있었고 따라서 일반 가정과는 달리 신앙으로 인한 기쁨과 부부간의 만족도 있는 반면 신앙 때문에 일어나는 일잔 가정에서는 겪지 않아도 될 갈등의 문제들도 안고 있었다. 제 5 장에서는 교회와 가정의 관계와 교회의 가정목회의 필요성을 살펴보고 한국 교회의 가정목회, 부부교육 목회에 대한 목회자의 이해와 관심의 정도, 그리고 현재 시행되고 있는 부부교육의 내용들을 진단해 보았다. 한국 교회는 부부 교육목회에 있어서 현재 별도의 특별 프로그램을 갖고 시행하는 교회는 거의 찾아 볼 수 없었다. 그러나 목회자들은 기독교인 가정의 위기를 절감하며, 부부교육에 대한 필요성을 다 공감하고 있었다. 특히 부부교육에 참여한 후의 성도들의 반응은 아주 좋았다. 그러나 부부교육에 대한 전문지도자의 부족문제, 구체적인 교육내용, 프로그램 진행 등의 문제가 부각되었으며, 담임 목회자들은 이 부부교육에 까지는 미처 신경을 쓸 여력이 없는 것이 오늘 한국 교회의 실정이다. 이에 본 논문의 목적이 되는 교회에서의 부부교육 목회를 위해 예비부부, 신혼부부, 중년부부, 노년부부를 위한 교육의 내용, 방법, 교육방향 등을 모색해 보았다. 제 6 장은 결론 부분으로 간단한 요약과 교회의 부부교육을 위한 연구자의 제언으로 본 논문을 종결지었다. 사회의 기본 구성단위가 되는 가정의 중요성은 더 이상 말할 나위가 없다. 특히 가정의 주축을 이루는 부부관계는 가정목회의 중심이 되는 교육부분이라 본다. 이제 한국 교회는 어떻게 교육 목회적 입장에서 교회에서의 부부교육목회를 활성화 시켜 나가야 할 것인가 부단한 연구와 깊은 관심이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
