증명의 지도방법에 대한 연구

Abstract

지금까지 두 심리학에서 제시한 증명의 지도방법에 대하여 그 효과의 논란이 계속 있었다. 행동주의와 형태심리학에서의 증명지도방법에 대한 학생들의 반응을 테스트를 통해 살펴봄으로써, 학생들이 어떤 지도방법에서 주장한 문제를 선호하는 가를 알아보기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하고 분석하였다. 1. 행동주의와 형태심리학에서 주장하는 증명지도방법으로 출제된 문제에서 증명문제에 관한 문제해결 성취도의 차이는 있는가? 2. 표본집단에 있는 학생들의 수학적인 일반화능력은 어느 정도인가? 3. 증명에 관련된 문제에서 표본집단에 있는 학생들의 기호사용정도는 어떠한가? 4. 주어진 문제에서 모순을 발견하는 학생들의 수준은 어느 정도인가? 5. 주어진 문제의 증명과정에서 보여진 표본집단의 학생들의 증명과정의 진술능력은 어느 정도인가? 6. 학생들의 증명문제를 푸는 능력과 일반화 문항을 푸는 능력과의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 이상의 연구문제를 분석하기 위하여 테스트를 실시하였고 통계적 검증과 서술적 검증을 통하여 결과를 분석하였다. 위의 연구문제를 분석한 결과 1)행동주의에서 제시한 증명지도방법으로 출제된 문제가 학생들에게 쉽게 받아들여지며, 2)증명에서의 일반화 능력, 기호사용, 모순추출 능력, 그리고 진술능력이 매우 약한 것으로 나타났고, 3)증명문제를 푸는 능력과 일반화문제를 푸는 능력과의 상관관계는 있는 것으로 나타났으나 상관관계가 매우 약한 것으로 드러났다. 이 결과에 대한 연구자의 토론은 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는, 행동주의에서 주장한 증명지도방법으로 출제된 문제를 학생들이 무난하게 받아들였다. 따라서 교과서에서나 지도방법에 있어 반영할 수 있는 방법이 모색되어야 할 것이며, 증명에서의 일반화능력, 기호사용, 모순을 발견하는 능력 그리고 진술능력에 대한 부족이 밝혀진 바, 이에 대한 프로그램개발이 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다.;The averse have been effect about proof-directing method suggested two psychology. This study estabilished and analyzed the subjects as follows, to find consider easily setting a problem by which proof-directing method suggest through the test of response of students about proof-directing method in behaviorism and Gestalt psyshology. 1) Is there any difference of achievement in solving problems related to the proofs of setting a problem by proof-directing method suggest in behaviorism and Gestalt psyshology? 2)How far is the mathematical generation ability of the sample group? 3)How far is the symbol-application of the sample group in the problems related to the proof? 4)How is the student's level about discovering contradiction? 5)How far is the statement ability shown in the proof process of the sample group? 6)How is the correlation between solving proof problems ability and solving generalization problems ability? To analyze subjects, I have operated a test and analyzed the results through statistical and description verification. And the results is that 1)It was accepted to students of proof-directing method suggested in behavioism. 2)It was shown that there is a lack of symbol application, discovering contradiction ability, statement ability in the problems related to the proof. 3)It was shown that there is an correlation between solving proof problems ability and solving generalization problems ability, but the correlation show very weak. The researcher's opinion about the result is as follows. In results of this study, we must explore method to reflect in textbook and a proof-direction method, considering easily of setting a problems by proof-directing method suggested in behaviorinsm, must develop program about generalization ability, symbol application discovering contradiction ability and statement ability.
