산업도시에 나타나는 아버지 역할에 관한 기초연구

Abstract

本 연구는 산업도시인 경남 昌原지역의 아버지 개념과 이 지역 아버지가 본 바람직한 부모의 역할을 알고저 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 설정된 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 昌原지역에 나타난 바람직한 아버지의 개념은 어떠한가? 2. 昌原지역 아버지가 본 바람직한 부모의 역할은 어떠한가? 3. 昌原지역 아버지가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 부모의 역할은 어떠한 것인가? 연구대상은 경남 昌原市에 위치한 새마을유아원 3곳, 국민학교병설유치원 2곳, 사립유치원 2곳을 단순무작위 표본으로 설정하여 그 기관의 유아의 아버지 432명으로 하였다. 아버지에 대한 설문지는 유치(아)원의 유아를 통해서 배부, 회수되었다. 사용되어진 도구는 Rachael Elder의 "바람직한 아버지에 대한 전통적, 진보적 개념" 김 태련, 이 은화, 이 동원의 "유아기 아동의 문화환경에 대한 기초(Ⅱ)"에서 조사한 부모역할의 10가지를 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS computer program에 의해 전산처리하였으며 신뢰도는 내적합치도(Cronbach's α계수), 집단간 차이는 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 本 연구의 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 昌原지역에 나타난 바람직한 아버지의 개념에서 전통적 개념의 아버지는 고졸, 사무직의 아버지가, 진보적 개념은 학력이 높을수록 직업은 전문화할수록 진보적 개념의 아버지였으며 또한 대가족 및 원주민의 아버지가 전통적 개념으로 나타났으며 핵가족 및 유입인구의 아버지는 진보적 개념으로 나타났다. 2. 昌原지역 아버지가 본 바람직한 부모의 역할에서는 학력이 높을수록, 직업은 전문화할수록 "경제적, 물적, 인적환경조성의 역할" "건강관리 및 위생문제에 대한 역할" "자녀의 능력개발을 하는 역할" 등을 중요시 했으며 핵가족, 유입인구일수록 "정서적 안정감을 갖도록 하는 역할" "애정 및 관심을 갖는 역할"을 중요시 하였다. 3. 昌原지역 아버지가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 부모의 역할은 전체적으로 "경제적, 물적, 인적환경조성의 역할" 이었으며 다음은 "바람직한 성격을 형성하도록 돕는 역할"을 중요하게 여긴 반면 "애정 및 관심을 갖는 역할" 을 제일 등한시 하는 것으로 나타났다.;The purpose of this study is to examine father's role in an industrial city Geong Sang Nam Do. The specific Questions of the study are as follows : 1. Is there any difference in the degree of traditional and developmental concepts of a good father within faters in Chang-won city. 2. Is there any difference in the degree of father's view of value about pood parent' role within fathers in Chang-won city. 3. What is the father's view for good parent's role? For this study three Saemaul nursery schools, two Kindergartens attached to Elementry schools, and two private Kindergarten in Chang-won Geong Sang Nam Do were randomly sampled. The total number of the study subject were 432 faters. The tools used for the study was a questionnaire. Questionnaire was distributed and filled by faters. Data obtained from the study were analyzed by SPSS computer programs. Cronbach's α and One-way ANOVA analysis were applied. The result of study are as follows ; 1. For the traditional concepts of a good father wthin Chang-won city, there were significant difference among groups devided by education, occupation of father, infant's sex. There are also significant difference in developmental concepts of a good father within Chang-won city among groups devided by education, occupation of father, Kindergarten, residence. 2. For the father's view of value about good parent' role within Chang-won city, there were significant difference among groups decided by education, occupation of father, residence. But in general role of 'economic physical, human environment support' 'health care' 'habit formation' 'development of capabilites' 'personality shaping' 'providing emotional stability' 'affect and interest were regarded to be most important by high education, and role of 'development of capabilities' 'habit formation' 'providing emotional stability were regarded to be most by small family and role of 'providing emotional stability' 'affect and interest' were regarded to be most inportant by inflow population. 3. For the father's view of to be most improtant about good parent's role within Chang-won city, role of economic, physical, human environment support' was regarded to be most imprtant, followed by good personality building. Role of 'affect and interest' were regarded relatively less important.
