원의 형태를 이용한 후식기 디자인 연구

Abstract

빠르게 변화하는 현대사회 속에서 식문화 또한 빠르게 향상되고 다양성을 더하고 있다. 특히 후식은 독립적이며 차별화된 새로운 식문화로 발전하고 있다. 이는 후식이 단순한 식사의 마무리 부분을 넘어 휴식과 여유를 즐길 수 있는 소중한 시간으로 여겨지고 있으며, 이는 후식에 대한 높은 관심으로 이어지고 있다. 이로써 기존의 후식기 디자인에 대한 새로운 요구가 대두되고 있으며, 사용자들에게 더욱 풍부하고 다양한 후식 경험을 제공할 수 있는 현대적인 디자인이 필요하게 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기하학의 기본 형태인 원의 다양한 형태적 특성을 활용하여 기능적이고 심미적인 도자 후식기 디자인을 개발하고자 한다. 본론에서는 원의 정의와 형태적 특성에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 다양한 원의 형태를 탐구하고, 이를 활용해 표현할 수 있는 디자인 요소 및 사례를 분석하고자 한다. 원형의 다양성과 디자인적 가능성을 살펴보고, 후식기 디자인에 적용할 수 있는 창의적인 방안을 모색할 것이다. 또한, 현대사회의 후식 문화를 탐구하고, 우리나라와 서양의 디저트 종류와 후식기를 비교 분석하여 그 차이와 특징을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 통해 현대사회의 다양한 후식 소비 트렌드를 이해하고, 수집된 자료의 분석을 통하여 새로운 디자인에 반영하고자 한다. 이러한 이론적 배경을 기반으로 새로운 후식기 디자인에 대한 계획을 세우고, 원의 간결하면서도 안정적인 형태의 특성을 활용하여 기능적이면서도 디자인적으로 풍부한 결과물을 연구하고자 한다. 원형의 반복과 조합, 그리고 타재료의 창조적 활용을 통해 장식적인 측면을 강조하여 후식기 디자인의 창의성과 독창성을 높이는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구는 이론적 고찰과 제작 과정을 통해 새로운 후식기 디자인을 제안하여 사용자들에게 실용적인 활용성과 동시에 시각적인 만족감을 부여하고자 하였다. 원의 다양한 형태를 조합하고 배열하는 과정에서 다양한 표현이 가능함을 확인하였고, 이를 토대로 타 재료를 적극적으로 활용함으로써 기존의 식기 디자인과 차별성 있는 디자인을 제시하고자 하였다. 이는 풍요로운 식문화와 식공간을 위한 현대적이고 유용한 후식기로서 사용자들에게 실질적인 경험과 만족감을 제공할 수 있는 디자인으로, 창의성과 독창성을 강조하며, 현대사회의 다양한 식문화에 부합하는 식기의 새로운 트렌드를 제시하고자 한다.;In a rapidly changing modern society, food culture is also rapidly improving and adding diversity. In particular, desserts are developing into an independent and differentiated new food culture. This is considered a valuable time for dessert to enjoy rest and relaxation beyond the simple conclusion of a meal, leading to a high interest in dessert. As a result, a new demand for the existing dessert design is emerging, and a modern design that can provide users with a richer and more diverse dessert experience is needed. Therefore, this study aims to develop a functional and aesthetic ceramic dessert design by utilizing various morphological characteristics of the circle, which is the basic form of geometry. In the body, we will explore the shapes of various circles through theoretical consideration of the definition and morphological characteristics of the circle, and analyze design elements and examples that can be expressed using them. Through this, we will examine the diversity and design possibilities of the prototype and seek creative ways to apply it to dessert design. In addition, we will explore the dessert culture of modern society and compare and analyze the types of desserts and desserts in Korea and the West to understand the differences and characteristics. Through this, we intend to understand various dessert consumption trends in modern society and reflect them in new designs through analysis of the collected data. Based on this theoretical background, we plan for a new dessert design and study the functional and design-rich results using the simplified and stable characteristics of the circle. The purpose of this study is to enhance the creativity and originality of design by emphasizing decorative aspects through repetition, combination, and creative use of other materials. This study attempted to give users practical utility and visual satisfaction by proposing a new dessert design through theoretical consideration and production process. It was confirmed that various expressions were possible in the process of combining and arranging various shapes of the circle, and based on this, a design that was different from the existing tableware design was suggested by actively using other materials. This is a modern and useful dessert for a rich food culture and dining space that can provide users with practical experiences and satisfaction, emphasizing creativity and originality, and suggesting new trends in tableware that fit various food cultures in modern society.
