청소년의 폭력피해경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향 : 주관적 행복감 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중·고등학생을 대상으로 하여 폭력피해경험(가정폭력, 사이버폭력, 중복폭력)이 자살생각 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 청소년들이 자살생각을 줄일 수 있는데 필요한 요인을 확인하고 이 과정에서 주관적 행복감의 매개효과를 밝힘으로써 청소년의 자살생각을 다각적으로 이해하는데 기초자료를 제공하고 그에 따른 개입방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 2020년 아동·청소년인권실태조사’자료로, 중·고등학교 총 5,669명을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 청소년의 폭력피해경험이 주관적 행복감을 매개로 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 본 IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 프로그램과 Hayes(2013)가 개발한 PROCESS MACRO for SPSS version 4.2 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 폭력피해경험 집단 간 자살생각의 차이를 검증한 결과, 중복폭력이 폭력경험 없음, 단일폭력(가정폭력 혹은 사이버폭력)보다 자살생각을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정폭력은 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 주관적 행복감은 가정폭력과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋쨰, 사이버폭력은 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 주관적 행복감은 가정폭력과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중복폭력은 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 주관적 행복감은 가정폭력과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 하여 폭력피해경험이 있는 청소년의 자살생각에 대한 개입방안을 위해 사회복지적 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.;The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between violent victimization experiences (domestic violence, cyber violence, and overlapping violence) and suicidal ideation among middle and high school students, to identify factors necessary for adolescents to reduce suicidal ideation, and to identify the mediating effect of subjective well-being in this process, thereby providing basic data for understanding adolescents' suicidal ideation from various perspectives and exploring intervention measures accordingly. In this study, a total of 5,669 students from middle and high schools were analyzed using data from the 2020 Child and Youth Human Rights Survey. The IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 program and the PROCESS MACRO for SPSS version 4.2 program developed by Hayes (2013) were used to examine the effects of adolescents' violent victimization experiences on suicidal ideation through subjective well-being. The results of this study are as follows. First, we examined the differences in suicidal ideation among the groups of subjects who experienced violence, and found that multiple violence was associated with more suicidal ideation than no violence and single violence (domestic violence or cyber violence). Second, domestic violence was found to affect suicidal ideation, and subjective well-being played a partial mediating role in the relationship between domestic violence and suicidal ideation. Third, cyber violence was found to affect suicidal ideation. Third, cyberviolence was found to affect suicidal ideation, and subjective well-being was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between domestic violence and suicidal ideation. Fourth, overlapping violence was found to affect suicidal ideation, and subjective well-being was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between domestic violence and suicidal ideation. Based on these findings, practical implications for social work interventions for suicidal ideation among adolescents who have experienced violence are discussed.
