RNN 기반의 보험상품 추천 시스템

Abstract

다양한 상품 중 고객의 취향에 맞는 상품을 선별해 주는 추천 시스템에 대한 중요성은 데이터 사이언스의 발전과 함께 더욱 강조되고 있다. 특히 보험산업은 복잡하고 다양한 보험상품의 특성상 추천시스템에 대한 잠재적 수요가 굉장히 높은 분야 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 보험자료의 시계열적 특성을 반영하고자 RNN기반의 추천 시스템을 도입하고, 보험분야에서 쓰이고 있는 기존의 방법들과 비교하여 성능에 큰 개선이 있음을 보이고자 한다.;The purpose of the study is to introduce an RNN-based recommendation system to reflect the time-series characteristics of insurance data and to show that there is a significant improvement in performance compared to existing statistical methods. The importance of a recommendation system that selects a product that suits the customer's taste among various products is being emphasized more with the development of data science. In particular, the insurance industry is one of the fields where the potential demand for recommendation systems is very high due to the nature of complex and diverse insurance products.
