자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 부모참여 국내·외 음악 중재 연구 고찰

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate current status of domestic and international studies of music intervention involving parental participation for ASD children, and analyzed how parental involvement intervention is applied, and how parental participation affects the relationship between children and parents. Twenty studies were selected. This study analyzed overall characteristics of the study, target and dependent variables and measurement tools, level of music tasks and activities, and strategies which is provided during intervention, and expected roles of parents. The review found that the main target of the parental involvement intervention is relationship between ASD children and their parents, and it founds that there were many cases of effects on the interaction between parents and their children. In addition, as the result of analyzing the music tasks used in the intervention, it founds that interactive level of tasks were used the most. It means that studies used proper level of tasks according to its main target which is relationship between parents and ASD children. Finally, as a result of examining the parental role required in parental involvement music intervention and the types of collaboration between therapists and parents, more studies were found to require parents to act as mediators when divided into parental mediators/mediation assistants and participants depending on whether an intervention strategy was provided. The significance of this study is that the direction and basic data to be considered in various ways in parent involvement music intervention studies and clinical trials were presented.;본 연구는 국내·외 ASD 아동의 부모참여 음악 중재 연구의 현황을 알아보고, 부모참여 중재가 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고 있으며, 부모참여의 의미가 아동, 부모 그리고 아동과 부모의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 연구자의 분석 대상 기준에 적합한 국내와 국외의 학술지 및 학위논문의 중재 연구 20편을 선정하여 연구의 전반적 특성, 목표 대상자 및 종속 변인과 측정 도구, 중재 활동 및 음악 과제의 수준, 중재에서 제공된 전략 및 부모에게 기대되는 역할 등에 대해 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, ASD 아동의 부모참여 음악 중재에서 목표하는 주 대상은 부모와 아동의 관계이며, 그 중 부모와 아동의 상호작용에 대해 중재 효과를 본 경우가 많았다. 이와 함께, 부모 혹은 ASD 아동의 독립적인 변화에 대한 목표가 함께 설정된 경우는 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모참여 중재 안에서 활용된 음악 과제를 참여 수준에 따라 분류 분석한 결과, 부모와 아동의 상호적인 참여 수준의 과제를 많이 활용하는 것으로 나타나, 주로 나타난 변화 목표 대상이 아동 부모 간 관계인 것에 부합하는 과제를 활용한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로, 부모참여 음악 중재 안에서 요구된 부모의 역할과 중재 안에서 치료사와 부모가 협력한 유형에 대해 살펴본 결과, 부모에게 중재 전략이 제공된 여부에 따라 부모의 중재자/중재보조자로서의 역할과 참여자로서의 역할로 나누었을 때, 부모에게 중재자로서의 역할을 요구하였던 연구가 더 많이 나타났다. 이와 함께, 치료사와의 협력 수준을 살펴보았을 때, 치료사가 중재시에 부모에게 지시하거나 모델링하는 수준이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 치료사와 함께 중재에 대해 의논하고 별도의 코칭을 받는 식의 협력 관계는 비교적 적게 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 추후 부모참여 음악 중재 연구 및 임상 다각적으로 고려할 방향성 및 기초 자료를 제시하였다는 것이다.
