역사문화경관의 정체성 보존을 위한 경관색채 특성 연구

Abstract

The identity of the ‘historical and cultural landscape’ has characteristics that become a landmark of the geographic area over time. Accumulated materials and architectural culture represent and eventually influence the identity of the target site which reflected as a symbolic color of the area. The process of the study initiated with reviewing previous studies on theoretical background, then conducted the framework for analysis to derive research methodology. On previous studies, domestic methodology of analysis on color in historical and cultural landscape mainly analyzed the relationship and continuity of colors by street. This study begins with the fact that it has been established as an image of the region for a long time, though it has been changed partially as time goes, the essential continuity is reflected in the characteristics of the historical and cultural landscape. Then, the study completed to analyze the color continuity according to the time flow, further than to check the color relationship and continuity through the analysis of the environment around the buildings by street. After the analysis of the color status on target site by street, the study closely reviewed through recategorization of the buildings by construction era and the change of color by age. The chronological color analysis, derived from the conclusion of this study, is important in that it can examine the continuity of colors in historical and cultural landscapes that have intrinsic continuity; partially changed as time goes. The study has strong confidence that it will be helpful to maintain and preserve the identity of the site, if the characteristics of color by age that are continuously maintained from time to time in the historical and cultural landscape are documented properly.;역사문화경관의 정체성은 오랜 시간 그 지역의 이미지로 굳혀지며 유지되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 지역의 축적된 소재와 건축문화 등의 특성은 지역의 색채 이미지로 반영되어 지역의 정체성을 형성하는데 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 과정은 이론적 배경을 살펴보고 선행 연구 고찰 및 연구 방법 도출을 통한 분석의 틀을 마련하여 대상지 분석 과정으로 진행되었다. 국내 역사문화경관 색채의 선행 연구에서의 분석 방법은 주로 가로 별 분석으로 색채의 관계성과 연속성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 오랜 시간 그 지역의 이미지로 굳혀지며 시대에 따라 일부 변화하지만 본질적인 지속성을 역사문화경관의 특징에서 시작하여, 주변 건축물의 가로 별 분석을 통해 색채 관계성과 연속성을 확인하는 것에서 더 나아가 시대의 흐름에 따른 색채 연속성을 분석하는 것으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법으로는 대상지의 색채 현황을 가로 별 분석 후, 분석 자료를 토대로 준공 연대 별로 건축물을 재 분류 하여 연대 별 색채의 변화를 살펴보았다. 이는 지난 시점부터 현재까지 연속적으로 보여지는 그 지역의 색채 특성을 살펴보기 위함이다. 본 연구의 결론으로 도출 된 분석 방법인 연대 별 색채 분석은 시대에 따라 일부 변화하지만 본질적인 지속성을 가지는 역사문화경관에 있어 색채의 연속성을 살펴볼 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 이러한 방법을 통해 역사문화경관 지역에서 시기마다 지속적으로 유지되고 있는 연대 별 색채 특성을 자료화 한다면 지역의 정체성을 유지 및 보존하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
