중도·중복장애아 부모의 가정 내 음악활용과 정서적 유대감 인식에 대한 조사

Abstract

본 연구는 중도·중복장애아를 자녀로 둔 부모의 가정 내 음악활용 수준과 정서적 유대감의 인식 수준에 대해 알아보고자 89명의 중도·중복장애아 부모를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과 중도·중복장애아 부모는 자녀 양육 시 수동적 형태의 활동인 음악감상을 활용하는 비율이 가장 높았으며 활용 곡으로는 동요가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 음악활용 시 부모가 인식하는 자녀의 혜택은 긍정적인 정서가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며 움직임, 발성, 발화의 모든 항목에서 전반적으로 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 음악활용에 대한 어려움은 중간정도의 수준으로 나타났으며 어려움의 이유를 음악활용 방법을 모르기 때문이라고 가장 많이 응답하였다. 또한 음악활용 시 부모가 자녀에게 지각하는 정서적 유대감에 대한 인식을 Likerk 11점 척도 문항으로 알아본 결과, 평균 7.52(1.4)로 높은 편으로 나타났으며 하위항목 중 친밀에서 가장 높게 확인되었다. 이를 음악활용 수준에 따라 세 그룹으로 나누어 정서적 유대감의 차이를 알아본 결과 음악활용이 많은 그룹이 음악활용 시 자녀와의 정서적 유대감을 높은 수준으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과를 통해 중도·중복장애아 자녀를 양육하며 부모가 음악을 활용하는 것이 자녀와의 정서적 유대감 형성에 영향을 줄 수 있으며, 중도·중복장애아 부모가 가정에서 음악을 활용할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 지원하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. ;The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of music utilization and emotional bond among parents of children with severe and multiple disabilities. According to the results of the study, parents of severe and multiple disabled children use the highest proportion of passive activities to listen to music, and children's songs are the most popular songs. When using music, parents' perception of children's benefits is the highest in positive emotions, and all aspects of movement, vocalization, and speech are high. The difficulty of using music is moderate and the most difficult reason is that parents don't know how to use it. The Likerk 11-point scale showed that parents' perception of their children's emotional solidarity was 7.52 (1.4), the highest. According to a survey of the differences in emotional bond between the three groups according to the level of music utilization, groups with a lot of music utilization believe that emotional bond with children is a high level. The results of these studies suggest that raising children with severe and multiple disabilities, parents' use of music can affect their emotional bond with their children, and that parents with severe and multiple disabilities need to support various ways to use music at home.
