Abstract
;The interest in this study topic began with the recognition of the need for art appreciation education for adults in their 20s and 30s who are active in various fields of society based on high mental and physical development. In Adult life, which requires planning adult life and achieving tasks in various fields such as occupation, life, and self, has the potential for high educational effects because it is based on high mental and physical development. Furthermore, culture and art education is also addressed adult education is important. Adult culture and arts education has different educational characteristics from school age according to adult developmental characteristics. According to the Culture and Arts Media (Lee Jong-oh et al., 2018), which was studied and described focusing on the case of France, which practices culture and arts education as a medium for cultural enjoyment, culture and arts education is a type of enjoyment for adults outside of school age. This can also be confirmed in domestic studies, and according to a study by Sung Yeon-ju (2018) on the expansion of cultural and artistic enjoyment of adults, culture and arts education is included in the category of cultural enjoyment in adulthood, and adults are prospective consumers and enjoyers with infinite potential. Statistical surveys also show that adults are the active cultural enjoyment class, and according to the "2019 Culture and Arts Activity Survey," the ratio of cultural enjoyment activities in their 20s and 30s is close to 96% of all respondents, showing adults' desire and potential growth potential. As can be seen from research and statistical surveys, adult life in their 20s and 30s can enjoy more dramatic educational effects than any other age group based on excellent mental and physical development, have a high desire to enjoy culture, and have little interest and practice in culture and arts education. Accordingly, the researcher has the possibility that the appreciation program for the art field, a category of culture and arts, can directly affect the participants' cultural enjoyment by acting as education and another cultural enjoyment for adult life learners. Prior to the practice of appreciation education, the researcher selected and explored various appreciation and education methods based on communication among various methods for art appreciation. The reason is, postmodern, starting with the revelation of the 20th century, and for the overall concept art and art change the paradigm of education changed based on communication. With the emergence of a new communication relationship called "writer-work-viewer" in art appreciation, art appreciation methods and educational methods that can infer various appreciations and interpretations based on communication, representative examples include Visual Thinking Stratistics (VTS) based on Houseen's aesthetic development stage, and Project Zero's Project MUSE. These appreciation methods and educational methods can induce various interpretations of viewers through appropriate questions, which have educational effects such as improving art and culture diversity, communication skills, critical appreciation skills, and literacy. These appreciation methods and education are meaningful for all modern people in that they can experience cultural diversity, improve visual literacy, critical appreciation, and thinking skills through appreciation of works beyond the art history and interpretive approach of works. However, most communications infrastructure of education is being studied and implemented targeting school age. As previously seen, the value and significance of education in early adulthood, and communication-based art appreciation have been actively studied in each field, but little practice and research have been conducted on communication-based appreciation education for early adulthood learners. Accordingly, the researcher reconstructs the Andrago Intellectual Course Model of Adult Educator Malcom (2016) and the Appreciation Class Model (2018b) for Art Educator Ryu Ji-young's Interlayer Network formation in the design of communication-based Appreciation Education. In addition, based on research and arguments that culture and arts education is a type of cultural enjoyment and has a close relationship, in-depth interview questions were organized to explore the impact and changes of class implementation on cultural enjoyment of early adult learners. The participants in this study were three people in their 20s and 30s, and the researcher devised a communication-based art appreciation program corresponding to a total of 24 sessions and conducted qualitative research from March to May 2021. Various types of data were collected through observation of field participation and in-depth interviews after selecting a qualitative case study method, which is a representative method of qualitative research. The data collected wolcott a (1994) in accordance with the procedure ‘technology’, ‘analysis’, ‘Analysis’ through a phase of analysis. Participant observation process in appreciation of the attitudes, emotions, the participants to read the scene and every recording of the class warrior, observable in addition to recording non-verbal portion, which made history together. The need for class and classes to cultural observations, and to explore relations between the enjoyment of participants before and after a total of two in-depth interviews were conducted. Interview data were used together with the data obtained during the participation observation process, and open coding was performed through repeated comparative analysis, and the collected data was categorized into upper and lower categories. Through the process, common topics were searched, analyzed, and interpreted, and a total of two upper categories, six middle categories, and 14 subcategories were derived, and the categorization contents are as follows. The middle categories according to the upper category of 'culture enjoyment' were categorized into 'in-depth art enjoyment', 'intermediate cultural enjoyment', 'diversity acceptance', 'self-discovery', and 'self-efficacy'. The middle category 'acceptance of diversity' fell into both upper categories according to the contents of the lower category. The subcategories of "in-depth art enjoyment" in the middle category were categorized as "critical appreciation" and "pleasure of viewing art exhibitions," and the subcategories of "intermediate cultural enjoyment" were "access to various genres," "consumption for cultural enjoyment," and "importance of education for enjoyment."Lieutenant junior grade category ‘Acceptance of diversity’ is ‘cultural diversity’ and ‘Adapts to varying opinions’ and sub categories, two top categories applicable to both. The lieutenant formed a subcategory of category ‘self-discovery’ ‘the discovery of new taste’, ‘self-expression’ and ‘self-improvement’ is ‘an educated conversation’ and ‘the joy of knowing’, sub categories. Finally, the lieutenant a subcategory of category ‘self-efficacy’ ‘commitment to learning’ and ‘confidence’, and ‘positive change’ categories. The bottom line is that of this study as follows. First, adult biographical participants in their 20s and 30s experienced in-depth culture enjoyment of art through communication-based appreciation class programs, and further learned about new genres and fields (animation, movie, etc.) that emerged in the conversation, and experienced opportunities to enjoy interlayered culture through art appreciation. According to the results of the in-depth interview, the participants showed great satisfaction that the contents learned through the appreciation program and the appreciation method could be used to personally appreciate exhibitions and works after education. In addition, all participants for the topic of interest other than a conversation of art, and the planned in advance of the field of culture and art exhibition to voluntarily show a will to want to explore. As a result of this, it can be seen that in-depth cultural enjoyment, such as self-directed cultural enjoyment and development attitude of cultural and artistic literacy, and intermediate cultural enjoyment in fields other than art were achieved. Second, study participants had enjoyed art aesthetic and deep development through the program, middle class culture, including the individual internal changes through this together. A Study on the players is repetitive in the logical point about art out of the topic of conversation and find yourself another systemic approach to express their opinions and through in-depth interviews could see through the pleasure. In addition, the participants experienced self-directed 'joy of knowing' through a dialogue-oriented approach rather than knowledge-oriented learning experienced in school age, which changed the participants' perception of education and learning. The enjoyment of these knowledge and learning and teaching art to positive changes in personal commitment and confidence, and in itself. Finally, the study participants reconsidered their attitudes and perceptions of diversity in the culture and arts genres through art appreciation programs, and at the same time, their communication skills to accept other participants' opinions and accept various opinions through dialogue were developed. In summary, as Havighurst (1952) argued, which defined adult life as an educational object with excellent physical and mental abilities, appreciation education for adult life has positive and diverse educational effects, which can lead to positive development and change to build a healthy life beyond in-depth cultural enjoyment. In addition, it was confirmed that aesthetic development was also achieved through the appreciation program. Davis (1997) since adolescence through the development model type uja active when learning is not beauty, and aesthetic development and argue that the regression and stagnation. However, through the appreciation program, adult life history learners were able to present and talk about works and art culture based on their cultural capital and experience, confirming that overall aesthetic levels such as access to art knowledge and appreciation attitude have developed. This study is meaningful in that it presented notable topics and implications by qualitatively exploring art appreciation education in the early 20s and 30s, which has not been noted as a research subject in art education academia. In the follow-up study, it is expected that art education research based on an understanding of age and developmental characteristics will be expanded as adults of various ages other than the early adult period will be the subject.
