Abstract

본 논문은 연구자의 석사과정 졸업 연주회의 프로그램인 프랑수와 드비엔느의 <Premiere Sonata for Clarinet and Piano>, 까미유 생상스의 작품 <Clarinet Sonata Op.167>, 에르네스토 카발리니의 <Adagio e Tarantella for Clarinet and Piano>, 그리고 윤이상의 <Piri for Oboe Solo>에 대한 연구이다. 18세기 프랑스 작곡가 프랑수와 드비엔느(Francois Devienne, 1759-1803)의 작품 <Premiere Sonata for Clarinet and Piano>는 클라리넷의 발달사에서 6번째 키가 부착된 1790년대 이후 작곡된 것으로 추정된다. 총 3개의 악장으로 구성된 이 작품은 고전주의 음악형식인 소나타 형식을 따르고 있고 우아하면서도 세련된 장식미가 돋보이는 곡이다. 19세기 프랑스 작곡가 까미유 생상스(Camille Saint-Saens, 1835-1921)의 <Clarinet Sonata Op.167>은 생상스가 생을 마감한 해인 1921년에 쓰인 작품이다. 소나타 형식으로 총 4개의 악장으로 구성되어있으며 후기 낭만주의 음악적 특징인 정서표현과 화성의 확장 등이 잘 드러나는 곡이다. 19세기 이탈리아 작곡가 에르네스토 카발리니(Ernesto Cavalini, 1807-1874)의 작품 <Adagio e Tarantella for Clarinet and Piano>는 오페라적인 아다지오 부분과 나폴리지방의 민속무곡인 타란텔라로 구성된 작품으로 서정적이면서도 기교적인 다양한 표현이 가능한 클라리넷의 매력이 돋보이는 곡이다. 20세기 한국-독일 작곡가 윤이상(Isang Yun, 1917-1995)의 작품 <Piri for Oboe Solo>는 12음렬기법을 토대로 하여 한국 전통음악의 특징을 담아낸 곡으로, 그의 작곡기법 중 하나인 중심음 기법이 잘 드러나는 작품이다. 클라리넷 연주자 에두아르 브루너(Eduard Brunner, 1939-2017)가 연주한 이후 클라리넷으로도 연주되고 있다.;This paper is study about the <Premiere Sonata for Clarinet and Piano> by Francois Devienne, <Clarinet Sonata Op.167> by Camille Saint-Saens, <Adagio e Tarantella for Clarinet and Piano> by Ernesto Cavalini, <Piri for Oboe Solo> by Isang Yun. These Pieces are included in the master's degree graduation recital program of the researcher. <Premiere Sonata for Clarinet and Piano> was composed by 18th century French composer Francois Devienne (1759-1803). It is believed that which was completed after 1790s at the time of the sixth key of the clarinet was added. This work includes 3 movements along with a classic Sonata musical form and which is stand out by its elegance and sophistication. <Clarinet Sonata Op.167> of 19th century French composer Camille Saint-Saens (1835-1921) was composed in 1921, when the composer passed away. This piece is written in a classic Sonata form, and has 4 movements. Each movements display characteristic emotional expression and harmony expansion of the late romanticism. <Adagio e Tarantella for Clarinet and Piano> was composed by 19th century Italian composer Ernesto Cavalini (1807-1874). which is consist of operatic flow of Adagio part and Tarantella, a traditional folk song from the Naples region. This Piece highlights of beauty and charm of the clarinet with lyrical expression and technical passages. Lastly, <Piri for Oboe Solo> by 20th century Korean-German composer Isang Yun (1917-1995) showcases one of his characteristic features: the so-called primary or central tone technique often referred to as Hauptklang. In addition, the piece employs Twelve-tone technique(dodecaphonism) and elements of Korean traditional music. <Piri for Oboe Solo> was popularized by clarinet player Eduard Brunner (1939-2017) and has been performed regularly around the world since then.
