부동산 정책정보의 접근성 증진을 위한 시소러스 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

부동산 정책정보는 부동산 정책 수립을 위해 정책 입안자에게 정책 수립의 타당한 근거를 제시해주고, 국민의 부동산 정책의 이해도를 제고하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 부동산 정책정보의 경우, 부처에서 공식적으로 발표한 정책명과 언론 기사나 일반 국민에게 통용되는 정책명이 달라 검색이 어려운 경우가 발생한다. 이와 같은 자연어 검색에서 발생할 수 있는 문제는 시소러스를 통해 용어간의 다양한 관계를 연결해주고 검색어와 관련된 용어들을 이용자에게 제시해줌으로써 해결할 수 있다. 그런데 아직까지 부동산 정책 분야에 활용될 수 있는 시소러스나 용어집은 개발되지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부동산 정책에 대한 시소러스 개발을 통해 다양한 부동산 정책 용어를 제시하고 이들 용어간의 관계를 연결함으로써 이용자의 정보 접근성을 높이고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정책정보 및 시소러스 관련 사례 연구를 실시하고, 실제 부동산 정책정보 시소러스를 개발하였다.;The real estate policy information is essential in providing policy makers with reasonable grounds for real estate policy establishment and to increase the public's understanding of real estate policy. The search of real estate policy information is often difficult because the policy name officially announced by the ministry is different from the policy name used in media articles or by the general public. The problems that may arise in such natural language search can be resolved by connecting various relations between terms through thesaurus and presenting terms related to the search word to users. However, a thesaurus or a glossary that can be used in real estate policy area has not been developed yet. Under the circumstance, this study intended to suggest various real estate policy terms through the development of real estate policy thesaurus and connect the relationship between these terms to increase users' access to information. For this, case studies related to policy information and thesaurus were conducted, and an actual real estate policy information thesaurus was developed.
