은퇴자의 레저 레퍼토리가 은퇴 후 생활만족도와 여가권태에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 은퇴자의 레저 레퍼토리 다양성에 따른 은퇴 후 생활만족도와 여가권태의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 확인하기 위해서 은퇴한 중고령기 230 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종적으로 총 213명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 spss 25.0를 통해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석, 일원분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변인(성별, 현재건강상태)에 따라 레저 레퍼토리, 생활만족도는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았고 인구통계학적 변인에 따라 여가권태는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 여가권태는 레저 레퍼토리, 생활만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 볼 수 있었다. 레저 레퍼토리와 생활만족도는 유의한 상관 관계가 없었다. 셋째, 레저 레퍼토리의 다양성과 생활만족도는 유의한 관계가 없었지만 레저 레퍼토리의 다양성과 여가권태는 유의한 차이가 있어 레저 레퍼토리가 다양할수록 여가권태는 적어지는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 생활만족도와 여가권태는 유의한 부적 영향을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 여가 시간이 풍부한 은퇴자의 레저 레퍼토리의 다양성이 은퇴 후 생활만족도와 여가권태에 미치는 영향과 그 관계를 규명함을 통해서 은퇴자의 레저 레퍼토리 다양성의 중요성을 보았다는데 의의가 있다. 또한 레저 레퍼토리와 종속변인들의 연관성을 통해 국내연구에는 생소한 개념인 레저 레퍼토리 지표를 기반으로 새로운 관점으로 여가활동 다양성의 중요성을 보여주었다.;The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leisure repertoire on life satisfaction and leisure boredom. In order to examine the purpose of this study, 230 respondents, who are retired and age above fifty-five to sixty-five, were asked to conduct the corresponding survey. In total, 213 responses were analyzed due to validity. The result of this study is as follows. First, there were no significant differences in demographics (gender, current health status) among leisure repertoire and life satisfaction. However, there were significant differences between gender, current health status and leisure boredom. Second, there was a correlation between leisure repertoire and leisure boredom as well as between leisure boredom and life satisfaction. Third, there were no significant differences between the diversity of leisure repertoire and life satisfaction, but there was a significant difference between the diversity of leisure repertoire and leisure boredom as a negative correlation. Fourth, there was a negative relationship between life satisfaction and leisure boredom. This study implies the importance of the diversity of leisure repertoire among the middle-aged life satisfaction and leisure boredom. Also, the concept of leisure repertoire is presented in domestic research which lacks prior research.
