중국 종합 병원 간호사복 디자인 개발 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중국 타이저우시 종합 병원에서 근무하는 간호사들 통해 간호사복 착용 실태를 파악하고 개선점을 도출하여 현대 병원의 발전과 심미성에 맞으며 활동성과 편리성이 향상된 간호사복을 개발하는데 있다. 간호사의 업무 내용, 역사적 변천과정을 알아보기 위하여 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 중국 타이저우시 종합 병원 간호사복 현황을 조사하기 위하여 150명의 간호사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 간호사들의 일반적 특성, 착의 실태, 만족도, 맞음새, 선호 디자인을 파악하였으며 구체적 불편점, 개선점을 분석하였다. 8개의 소재를 선정하여 기존 간호사복과 함께 소재의 물성을 테스트를 실시하였으며 분석 결과에 따라 새로운 간호사복을 위한 소재를 선정하였다. 착용 실태 설문 조사결과를 토대로 간호 업무에 적합하며 심미성, 활동성과 편리성이 향상된 간호사복 4세트를 개발하였다. 설문조사 결과, 선호하는 간호사복 스타일로는 ‘상의+바지’가 가장 많았다. 색상 종류는 ‘흰색’, ‘흰색+파란색 계열’ 응답이 많은 것으로 조사되었으며 ‘상/하 통일’ 색을 가장 선호하였다. 선호 무늬로는 ‘병원 로고’를 가장 많이 선호하였으며 그 다음으로는 무늬 없음, 꽃무늬가 많은 비율로 나타났다. 선호하는 칼라형태는 테일러드 칼라, 셔츠 칼라가 많이 선호되었고 상의 길이는 ‘엉덩이선 아래’, ‘엉덩이선’이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셔츠 실루엣은 프린세스 라인을 가장 선호하였고 상의 여밈방식과 여밈위치는, 옆 히든단추 및 앞 단추가 많은 비율로 나왔다. 소매 길이는 긴 소매가 가장 많았으며 선호하는 소매형태는 세트인이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 허리벨트는 일자 벨트+고무 벨트를 바지 형태는 일자슬랙스 바지를 선호하는 응답자가 가장 많았다. 선호하는 스커트 형태는 A라인 스커트, 스커트 길이는 미디를 가장 많이 선택하였다. 8개의 폴리에스터 & 면 혼방 원단을 선정하여 소재의 통기성, 흡수성, 투습성, 섬유혼용율, 두께, 밀도, 무게에 대해 테스트를 진행하였다. 8개 소재의 통기성은 모두 기존 간호사복 소재에 비해 우수한 것으로 나왔다. 시료 8, 시료 2의 흡수성이 기존 간호사복에 비해 우수하였다. 투습성 결과는 시료 8이 기존 간호사복 소재에 비해 좋은 결과가 나타났다. 두께 실험결과, 시료 1, 시료 2, 시료 3, 시료 5, 시료 6이 기존 간호사복 소재에 비해 약간 얇고 시료 4, 시료 7, 시료 8이 기존 간호사복 소재보다 약간 두꺼운 결과를 나타났다. 무게 결과, 시료 7이 기존 간호사복 소재에 비해 가볍고 시료 1, 시료 2, 시료 3, 시료 4, 시료 5, 시료 6, 시료 8는 모두 기존 간호사복 소재보다 약간 무거운 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 시료 8이 가장 우수하였으며 실제 병원에서 사용하는 간호사복에 사용하기 위해서는 시료 8의 원단의 특성을 가진 원단으로 원단의 색을 개발하여 적용하는 것을 제시한다. 기존 간호사복 M사이즈의 실제 치수를 항목별 비교분석하여 이를 참고하여 새로운 간호사복의 제작 치수를 결정하였다. 셔츠 항목 중에 목너비, 허리둘레, 허리띠 너비, 반소매 길이를 조정하였다. 바지 항목 중에 바지인심길이, 바지의 허리 늘어난 둘레와 엉덩이 둘레를 조정하였다. 그리고 스커트 길이는 간호사들이 선호하는 미디 길이로 55cm를 사용하여 제작하였다. 중국 타이저우시 종합 병원 간호사들의 간호사복 선호 디자인에 따라 디자인1(셔츠와 바지), 디자인 2(셔츠와 바지), 디자인 3(원피스), 디자인 4(셔츠와 스커트)의 4가지로 개선된 간호사복을 디자인하였다. 디자인 1은 긴 소매의 횐색 핑크색 꽃무늬 셔츠 및 횐색 일자슬랙스 바지이다. 셔츠는 옆 단추, 셔츠 칼라의 디자인으로 설계하고 의복의 앞쪽(front edge）부위에 핑크색의 바인딩을 추가하였다. 칼라, 가슴 포켓, 옆 포켓, 허리 양쪽에 일부 벨트, 소매부리 5개의 부위는 핑크색 소재를 사용하였다. 셔츠 가슴 포켓은 약간 크게 디자인하였다. 디자인 2는 반소매의 노란색 및 파란색 섞은 체크무늬 셔츠 및 파란색 일자슬랙스 바지로 구성하였으며 셔츠는 앞 단추, 테일러드 칼라로 설계하였다. 그리고 칼라, 허리 부분 벨트, 셔츠 옆 포켓 3개의 부위에 노란색 소재로 스트라이프 디자인을 추가하였으며 포켓은 안쪽을 이중으로 만들었다. 디자인 3은 A라인의 긴소매 노란색 원피스이다. 옆 히든단추, 비대칭한 플랫 칼라, 앞쪽 부위에 주름을 설계하였고 소매산에 개더를 넣었다. 칼라, 가슴 포켓, 허리 양쪽 부분 벨트, 옆 포켓 4개의 부위는 노란색 및 파란색을 섞은 체크무늬 소재를 사용하였으며 옆 포켓은 기존 디자인보다 크게 설계하였다. 디자인 4는 반소매의 횐색 핑크색 꽃무늬 셔츠와 핑크색 스커트 디자인으로 구분하였다. 셔츠는 스탠드 칼라, 앞쪽 부위에 주름, 옆 히든 단추를 채택하였으며 소매산에 개더를 설계하였다. 그리고 셔츠는 칼라, 가슴 포켓, 허리 부분 일부의 벨트, 옆 포켓, 스커트 왼쪽 포켓 5개의 부위는 핑크색 소재로 디자인하였다. 스커트는 미디 길이로 A라인 형태 및 비대칭한 앞중심선으로 디자인하였다. 디자인 1, 디자인 2의 바지, 디자인 4의 스커트 허리부위는 모두 일자 벨트 및 고무 벨트를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 실제 중국 간호사복의 착용실태를 조사하여 간호사복 개발에 반영하였으며 종합 병원의 간호사복 제작에 참고 디자인을 제공한다는 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 간호사복의 개선 및 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. ;The purpose of this study was to examine the current satisfaction level of nurse uniforms at Taizhou General Hospital in China and to find aspects for improvements, and to develop nurse uniforms with improved comfort and convenience and that meet the current hospital development and aesthetics. In order to find out the contents of the nurse's work and the historical change of the nurse uniform, previous studies were reviewed. In order to investigate the status of nurse uniforms in Taizhou City General Hospital, China, a survey was conducted on 150 nurses. The general characteristics of the nurses, uniform conditions, satisfaction, fit, and preferred designs, and inconvenient aspects of the uniform and points for improvement were analyzed. Eight materials were selected and the physical properties of the materials were tested along with the material of the existing nurse uniforms. Four new nurse uniforms with increased aesthetics, functionality, and comfort were developed based on the survey results. The survey results showed that ‘top + pants’ was the most preferred choice for nurse uniform style. As for the color type, the majority selected 'white' the most and 'white + blue' the second. ‘Unification of top/bottom’ took up the largest number of respondents. In terms of pattern, the respondents selected "hospital logo" the most. After that, there was a large proportion of no patterns and floral patterns. The most preferred collar type was tailored color and the shirt collar. The preferred length of the shirt was ‘below the hip line’ and ‘hip line’. As for the shirt silhouette, the princess line was preferred the most. As for the top fastening method and fastening position, the side hidden buttons and front buttons were preferred the most. Long sleeves were the most preferred sleeve length, and the most preferred sleeve type was set-in sleeve. As for the waist belt, the straight belt + elastics appeared the most. Also, most people preferred straight slacks. As for the preferred skirt shape, A-line skirt showed the highest result, and the midi was the most selected skirt length. Tests were carried out on the selected 8 materials and the existing materials for nurses' uniforms. The breathability of all 8 materials was found to be superior to that of the existing nurse uniform materials. The absorbency of samples 8 and 2 was superior to that of the existing nurse's uniform. As for the moisture permeability result, sample 8 showed better results than the existing nurse uniform material. Thickness test result, sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 5, Sample 6 was slightly thinner than the conventional nurse's clothing material, and sample 4, sample 7, and sample 8 were slightly thicker than the existing nurse uniform material. As a result of the weight, sample 7 is lighter than the existing nurse uniform material. Sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 4, sample 5, sample 6, and sample 8 were found to be slightly heavier than the existing nurse uniform material. Overall, sample 8 was the best, and in order to be used in nurse uniform in hospitals, it is suggested to develop and apply the color of the fabric with the fabric characteristics of Sample 8. The actual dimensions of the existing M size nurse uniform were compared and analyzed, and the dimensions of the new nurse uniform were determined. Among the shirt items, the neck width, waist circumference, waistband width, and short sleeve length were adjusted. Among the pants items, the pants inseam length, the stretched waist circumference of the pants and the hip circumference were adjusted. And the skirt length was made using 55cm, the preferred midi length for nurses. According to the preferred designs of nurses at Taizhou City General Hospital, China, 4 types of design 1 (shirt and pants), design 2 (shirt and pants), design 3 (dress), and design 4 (shirt and skirt) were designed as improved nurse uniforms. Design 1 was a long-sleeved white and pink flowery shirt and white straight slacks pants. The shirt was designed with side buttons and shirt collar design. Pink bindings were added to the front edge of the garment. Pink material was used for the 5 parts; collar, chest pockets, side pockets, partial belts on both sides of the waist, and cuffs. The shirt chest pocket was designed slightly larger. Design 2 consisted of a short sleeve shirt with yellow and blue check pattern and blue straight slacks pants. The shirt had front buttons and tailored collar. Yellow material was used for collar, waist partial belt, and side pockets. The pocket had double layers. Design 3 was an A-line long-sleeved yellow dress. The dress had side hidden buttons, an asymmetrical flat collar, and pleats on the front, and gathers on the sleeve cap. Yellow and blued check pattern material was used for the 4 parts; collar, chest pockets, side partial belts, and side pockets. Design 4 was white and pink flowery shirt with short sleeve and pink skirt. The shirt had a stand collar, pleats on the front part, hidden buttons on the side, and gathers on the sleeve cap. Pink material was used for the 5 parts; collar, chest pockets, side pockets, partial belts on both sides of the waist, and skirt left pocket. In addition, straight waistband with elastics were used for the pants of Design 1 and Design 2, and the waist of the skirt of Design 4. This study is meaningful in providing reference designs for the development of nurse uniforms in general hospitals, and is expected to contribute to the improvement and development of nurse uniforms.
