서비스디자인을 활용한 바이오 연구전략 고찰

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 서비스디자인을 활용하여 바이오 연구전략의 요소를 살펴봄으로써, 기술중심 스타트업의 맥락에서 어떻게 서비스 디자인 사고가 적용될 수 있는지 연구한다. 제품과 서비스를 맥락과 시스템을 고려해 개발하는 서비스디자인 사고를 통해, 혁신을 상황 별 환경에서 어떻게 이룰 수 있을지 논의해 보고자 한다. 우선, 바이오산업의 특성과 서비스디자인의 개념에 대해 설명한다. 그리고 바이오 산업의 비즈니스 모델과 산업분야 별 분류, 벤처현황에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 바이오 연구전략에 고려해야 할 필요요소들과 그것들을 달성하는데 서비스디자인적 관점이 어떻게 유용한 사고의 틀이 될 수 있을지 연구한다. 서비스디자인은 통합적이고 사용자중심의 다학제적 융합의 사고방식을 기반으로하기 때문에, 디지털의 발전으로 전 단계의 경계가 흐려지고, 상이한 분야별로 융합과 혁신이 일어나고 있는 바이오분야의 연구에 적용하기 적합한 사고방식이다, 이에 대해 구체적으로 바이오 연구 사례를 예로 들어 논의한다.;The purpose of this study is to apply service design thinking in the context of a technology-driven startup by examining the elements of bio-study factors. Through service design thinking, it develops products and services in consideration of context and systems. First, the characteristics of the bio industry and the concept of service design are explained. This paper also introduces the business model of the bio industry, classification and the status of ventures. And studies the necessary factors to be considered in bio-study and how the service design perspective can be a useful thinking frame in achieving them. Service design is based on an integrated and user-centered, multidisciplinary fusion mindset. The boundaries of study stages are blurred due to the development of digital innovation. Hence, service design is suitable to be applied in the bio field where convergence and innovation are taking place between different fields. Service design thinking is a way of thinking stragically, and we discuss this with a specific case of bio research.
