『중국어Ⅰ』 문화란 PBL 교수학습 방안 설계

Abstract

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정의 경향을 반영하여 『중국어Ⅰ』 문화란의 PBL 수업을 설계하는 데 목적이 있다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 학생들이 중국 문화의 이해를 통해 세계 시민 의식을 갖추고 포용과 배려의 덕목을 배양할 수 있도록 강조하고 있다. 그러나 타 문화를 존중하고 이해하는 자세는 단순한 문화 지식의 전수만으로 쉽게 길러지는 것이 아니다. ‘나’와 다른 상대방, 타인의 문화에 대해 스스로 직접 생각하고 경험하는 과정을 통해야만 비로소 온전한 이해와 존중을 갖출 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 『중국어Ⅰ』 문화란 지도 시 PBL 수업 모형을 적용하여 실제적인 문제 환경을 조성하고, 학생들이 직접 문제 탐구 및 해결 과정을 거치며 자연스럽게 한중 문화의 차이를 인식하고 ‘나’와 다른 문화를 존중하는 태도를 내면화할 수 있도록 설계하고자 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 과정을 거친다. 첫째, 선행연구와 이론적 모형의 검토를 통해 중국어 학습을 위한 문화 교육에 적합한 PBL 수업 모형을 설계한다. 둘째, 2015 개정 교육과정과 『중국어Ⅰ』교과서의 문화란을 분석하여 각 문화 요소의 출현 분포를 파악하고, 여러 교과서에서 공통적으로 가장 많이 강조하는 문화 요소를 선별한다. 셋째, 선정한 문화 요소를 핵심 내용으로 삼아 PBL 교수학습 방안과 예시 지도안을 작성한다. 본 연구를 통해 기대할 수 있는 가치는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최신의 경향을 반영하고 있는 풍부한 시청각 자료를 보여줌으로써 학생들의 호기심과 흥미를 자극할 수 있다. 둘째, 모둠원들이 협동하여 문제를 해결해나갈 수 있도록 격려하는 수업 형태로서 의사소통능력과 협응 능력, 문제해결 능력의 배양에 도움을 준다. 셋째, 실생활과 연계된 문제를 제시함으로써 학생들이 학습하는 문화 지식이 유용한 것임을 알게 하여 학습 동기를 강화할 수 있고, 학습한 문화 요소를 일상 생활과 의사소통 과정에 적용할 수 있도록 한다. 문화에 대한 관심과 필요성이 증가함에 따라 중국어 교육 분야에서도 효과적인 문화 수업을 위한 교수학습 방안 설계 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본고에서 제안하는 『중국어Ⅰ』 PBL 문화 수업 방안이 앞으로의 중국어 문화 교육의 발전에 작은 보탬이 되기를 소망한다;The objective of this study is to design the PBL lesson for the culture section of 『Chinese LanguageⅠ』 by reflecting the trend of the 2015 revised curriculum. The 2015 revised curriculum is emphasizing that the students should cultivate the global citizenship and the virtues of tolerance and consideration through the understanding of Chinese culture. However, the simple transmission of cultural knowledge is not good enough to develop an attitude to respect and understand other cultures. The complete understanding and respect could be equipped only through the process of thinking and experiencing the counterpart and cultures different from me. Thus, this thesis aims to design a lesson model by applying the PBL lesson model for the culture section of 『Chinese LanguageⅠ』to establish the actual problem environment, so that the students could naturally perceive cultural differences between Korea and China through the process of exploring and solving problems, and also internalize the attitude to respect cultures different from ‘me’. This study goes through the research processes as follows. First, this study designs the PBL lesson model suitable for the instruction of culture by reviewing the preceding researches and theoretical model. Second, this study understands the appearance distribution of each cultural element by analyzing the 2015 revised curriculum and the culture section of『Chinese LanguageⅠ』, and then selects the cultural elements that are the most emphasized in common. Third, this study writes the teaching measures and example lesson plan by taking the selected cultural elements as the core contents. The values that could be expected through this study are as follows. First, the students’ curiosity and interest could be aroused by showing the affluent audiovisual materials reflecting the latest trend. Second, as a lesson type encouraging the group members to solve problems by cooperating, it is helpful for the cultivation of communication skills, coordination ability, and problem-solving ability. Third, the presentation of problems connected to real life could strengthen the learning motivation by letting the students know the usefulness of cultural knowledge they have learnt, and the students could apply the learnt cultural elements to daily life and communication process. With the increased interest and necessity of culture, there have been researches on the design and measures for effective culture lesson in the area of Chinese language education. Hopefully, the PBL culture lesson measures presented by this thesis could be helpful for the development of Chinese language culture education in the future.
