자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아 부모의 반응적 상호작용을 위한 음악 프로그램 개발

Abstract

This study is a developed and validated music program for responsive interaction of parents of infants with autism spectrum disorder. Common elements collected and selected through music intervention and program analysis for interaction. The program has been developed by taking into account the parts, that need to be supplemented in previous studies. The program was confirmed and verified its validity by four experts with a doctorate degree with an average of over 10 years of clinical experience in music therapy and a music therapy expert(KCMT) certificate. This program is organized in stages to promote parental responsiveness, infants interaction, and parents-infants interaction extension. In addition, the minor goals are to increase parents' response to the behavior and emotions of infants, to use parent strategies to induce responses of infants and to maintain interaction activities among them. The program includes Eight sessions of intervention, a preliminary interview and a follow-up session. Each session includes 40 minutes of intervention. which allows parents to prepare their activities, and then makes infant directly attempt their activities after their parents join together. The overall validation score of this program, derived from music therapy experts, results in 3.7 points on average in the first stage and 4.3 points on average in the second stage. After verifying its validity, the final program was developed by feedback from experts. Due to the scope of this study, the effectiveness of the program cannot be confirmed, but the feasibility of the program was verified at the site by the validation process of music therapy experts. Therefore, through this program, it can be concluded that parents of infants with autism spectrum disorder can interact responsively with their infant who realized music as a tool and it will be used as basic data for program development and implementation compliance for the same target group.;본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아 부모의 반응적 상호작용을 위한 음악 프로그램을 개발하고 타당도를 검증하였다. 모아 상호작용을 위한 음악중재 및 프로그램 분석을 통해 공통적 요소를 선정하였고 기존 선행연구에 있어 보완이 필요한 부분을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램은 타당도 검증을 위해 음악중재전문가(KCMT) 자격증을 소지한 음악치료 전문가 4명에게 프로그램 내용을 확인받았다. 본 프로그램은 ASD 영유아 부모의 반응적 상호작용을 위해 부모의 반응성 증진, 영유아의 상호성 증진, 모아 간 상호작용 확장을 단계로 구성하였다. 또한 이에 상응하는 하위 목표로 영유아의 행동·정서에 대한 부모의 반응 증가, 영유아의 반응 유도를 위한 부모의 전략 사용, 모아 간 상호작용 활동 유지를 설정하였으며 하위 목표와 연결되는 목표 행동을 구성하여 이를 음악 활동 및 부모가 수행하는 과제로 전환하였다. 프로그램은 중재 8회기와 사전 면담, 사후 면담 각 1회기씩을 포함하고 있고 중재는 회기 당 40분으로 구성되었으며 부모에게 활동에 대한 모델링을 제공하고 이후에 부모가 함께 참여한 뒤 부모가 자녀에게 직접 시도할 수 있도록 하였다. 음악치료 전문가를 통해 도출된 본 프로그램의 전체 타당도 검증 점수는 1차 평균 3.7점, 2차 평균 4.3점으로 향상된 점수를 배점 받았다. 타당도 검증 이후 전문가를 통해 제안 받은 피드백을 반영하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 범위에 따라 프로그램의 효과성은 확인할 수 없으나 음악치료 전문가의 타당도 검증 과정을 통해 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 검증받았다. 따라서 본 프로그램을 통해 ASD 영유아 부모는 음악을 도구로 한 자녀와의 반응적 상호작용이 가능할 것이며 본 프로그램은 동일 대상군을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 시행 준거의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
