한국어 ‘-더라’ 및 ‘-더냐’의 특성에 대한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to research on the evidential modality ‘-deo-’ which have integrated in a declarative final ending ‘-deora’ and a interrogative final ending ‘-deonya’. And seraching them through the spoken corpus. The data of this research is choosing 4 Korean dramas between the last ten years. Through this 4 Korean dramas to explore the features of declarative final ending ‘-deora’ and interrogative final ending ‘-deonya’. In addition, in order to research the features of ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’ which from the personal constraints and semantic function of ‘-deo-’ two directions. Firstly, to confirm the meaning of ‘recognition of past perception’ in ‘-deo-’. And by means of the corpus to explore ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’ with the problem of person constraints. Secondly, after confirming the features of ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’, which common element with ‘-deo-’ to reanalysis. In this paper, ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’ are regarded as a syntactic element not to be separated is be claimed. Finally, to combine with the characteristics of ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’, which observes them current status of use. Provide some methods and advice on how to use ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya'. And also will provide help for foreigners to learn Korean. Even without assuming the context, which as long as it doesn't violate ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’ semantic function that cannot be a reason in incorrect sentences. From the ‘-deora’ semantic function and person constraints which combine the features of ‘-deo-’ and ‘-ra’ elements. And the result of two combined elements that the person constraints is related to the semantic function. ‘-deonya’ person constraints is not a syntactic problem either. It is related to its semantic function. Inside interrogative sentence ‘-deonya’ evidential modality ‘-deo-’ contained function of weakening tendency which it doesn’t affect the use of ‘-nya’ without ‘-deo’. In fact the study on the ‘-deora’ and ‘-deonya’ did not go well totally. Firstly, the data of this research is from corpus but the data of corpus has limitation that also leading to the limitation of this research. Also, limited research material that may lead to unrepresentative result of this paper. If the research materials are more abundant, the research results will be more feasible. Therefore, it would be better to prove the point of this study through more relevant examples in the future. And whether there are other alternative models in ‘-deonya’ which could be a new research.;선어말어미 ‘-더-’는 종결형⋅연결형⋅관형사형에 활용하고 있고 한국어학계에서는 선어말어미 ‘-더-’에 대한 연구는 다각도로 진행되어 왔다. ‘-더-’가 일반적으로 평서문이나 의문문에만 한정되어 나타나는 것이다. 종결형에 출현하는 ‘-더-’가 종결어미 ‘-라’ ‘-냐’와 결합해서 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’로 사용된다. ‘-더라’는 한국어 원어민 자주 쓰이는 표현인데 ‘-더냐’가 거의 사용되지 않는다. 본고는 선어말어미 ‘-더-’가 통합된 ‘-더라’ 및 ‘-더냐’의 특성에 대해서 구어 말뭉치를 통해서 살펴보며 기술하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성 시각으로 둘이 사용 양상을 설명하고 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’가 한 형태소 요소로 볼 수 있는 이유를 밝히고자 한다. 본고의 전개 방식은 다음과 같다. Ⅰ장은 서론이다. 이 장에서는 연구의 의의 및 필요성을 먼저 밝힌다. 다음에서 본고의 연구 자료를 규명하는 것이다. 본고는 구어체에서 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성을 살펴보기 위해서 구어 말뭉치를 찾아보았다. 연구 자료는 요즘 10년간에 나온 한국 드라마 네 부를 선택하고 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’를 살펴보았다. 선행연구에 대한 검토는 본고의 연구 대상에서 출발해서 ‘-더-’ ‘-라’ ‘-냐’ ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’라는 순으로 진행하였다. Ⅱ장은 ‘-더라’의 특성 연구 내용이다. 이장에서는 ‘-더라’의 결합 양상, 의미 기능, 주어 인칭 제약이라는 세 방향으로 접근하였다. 본고는 ‘-더라’의 인칭 제약 문제는 ‘-더라’의 의미 기능과 긴밀한 관련이 있다고 봐서 ‘-더라’의 의미 기능을 먼저 확인하였다. Ⅲ장은 ‘-더냐’의 특성 연구 내용이다. 이장에서는 ‘-더라’에 대한 연구 방식처럼 ‘-더냐’에 대해 살펴보았다. 다만 ‘-더냐’는 지금 잘 안 쓰이는 표현이고 구어 말뭉치에서 참고할 수 있는 예시들이 많지 않아서 선행연구들에서 나온 예시들을 재분석하는 방식도 활용하였다. Ⅳ장은 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성과 ‘-더-’의 관련성이다. 선행연구들에서는 대부분 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’ 분리하여 분석한 것이다. 즉 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’에 대한 연구는 ‘-더-’에 기울여서 진행한 것이다. 본고는 앞장에서 이미 확인한 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성을 통해서 ‘-더-’와의 관련성을 재분석함으로써 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’ 형태소 분리 문제를 밝혔다. 본고는 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’는 더 이상 쪼갤 수 없는 한 통사 요소로 본다고 주장하기 때문에 이장을 설정하였다. Ⅴ장은 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성과 사용 양상의 관계 내용이다. 이장에서는 이미 확인한 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 특성을 통해서 지금까지 ‘-더라’가 잘 쓰이는 반면 ‘-더냐’가 잘 쓰이지 않은 이유를 밝혔다. 마지막 Ⅵ장은 결론 및 한계점 내용이다. 이장에서는 ‘-더라’ ‘-더냐’의 인칭 제약 문제는 그의 의미 기능과 관련된다는 본고 주장 및 ‘-더라’ ‘더냐’는 한 통사 요소로 본다는 결론을 다시 제시하였다. 그리고 본 연구의 한계점이나 남은 과제를 밝혔다.
