César Franck Violin Sonata in A Major 의 관한 연구

Abstract

세자르 프랑크(César Auguste Franck, 1822-1890)는 고전주의 기법과 19세기 낭만주의 음악을 접목시킨 작곡가이자 종교 음악가이며 뛰어난 오르가니스트였다. 그는 독일 음악의 고전적인 형식과 프랑스의 자유로움을 공존시켰을 뿐 아니라 고전주의 음악 양식과 낭만주의 음악 양식의 요소를 두루 갖춘 음악을 보여주었다. 전통적인 대위법적 기법을 기반으로 반음계적인 화성, 급작스러운 전조 특히, 그의 특유한 작곡기법인 순환 양식을 사용함으로 본인만의 음악 양식을 확립하였다. 하지만 당시 프랑스 혁명의 영향으로 웅장함과 화려함보다는 자유와 평등을 주제로 한 것을 선호하였기 때문에 그의 작품은 후대에 더 많이 인정을 받았다. 이러한 시대적 환경 속에서도 고전주의 양식의 전통을 바탕으로 프랑스적인 음악을 추구하고자 한 그의 노력은 그를 프랑스 근대 음악 발전의 선구자로 만들었다. 본 논문은 필자의 졸업 연주회에서 연주된 작품 중 <Violin Sonata in A Major>를 연구한 것으로, 이 작품의 이해를 돕기 위한 프랑크의 생애와 음악적 특징 등 프랑크에 관한 전반적인 연구를 바탕으로 작품의 형식, 구조, 대위법적 특징을 바탕으로 피아노와 바이올린에 대한 관계를 이해하여 올바른 연주에 도움을 주고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. ;The study analyzed César Auguste Franck (1822-1890)’s <Violin Sonata in A Major> among the works performed at my graduation concert. Franck was a composer and religious musician who combined classical techniques with 19th-century romantic music and an outstanding organist. He not only coexisted the classical form of German music with the freedom of France, but also showed music with a wide range of elements of classical and romantic music styles. Based on traditional anti-graft techniques, he established his own style of music by using semi-negative harmony, sudden precursors, especially his unique writing style. However, his work gained more recognition in later generations because he preferred the theme of freedom and equality over grandeur under the influence of the French Revolution at that time. His efforts to pursue French music based on the tradition of classical style despite these times' circumstances made him a pioneer in the development of modern music in France. The purpose of this paper is to help the correct performance by understanding the relationship between piano and violin based on the form, structure and anti-crime features of the work based on the overall study of Frank's life and musical features to help understand the work.
