예비체육교사의 진로준비행동이 교수효능감 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 예비체육교사의 준비행동에 따른 교수효능감 및 진로결정수준을 분석하고, 교수효능감과 진로결정수준의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 예비체육교사들에게 임용고시 선발시험을 준비하는 과정에서 보다 현실적이고 합리적인 도움을 제공하는데 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 연구자는 2020년 서울특별시, 경기도 지역에 소재한 대학교 및 교육대학원에서 임용고시 선발시험을 준비하는 예비체육교사 330명에게 설문지를 배부하였으며 최종 318부의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 결과분석은 SPSS Statistics 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 독립 t 겁증, 일원변량분석, Pearson 상관관계분석 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비체육교사의 개인적 특성 변인에 따른 진로준비행동, 교수효능감, 진로결정수준의 차이 분석을 한 결과 성별, 연령, 학교계열에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성별의 경우 모든 요인에서 여자보다 남자가 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 연령 또한 모든 요인에서 31세 이상이 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 학교계열에서는 진로준비행동과 진로결정수준은 사범대학계열이 높게 나타났으며, 교수효능감에서는 비 사범대 계열이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비체육교사의 진로준비행동은 교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 진로준비행동의 진로준비노력, 진로상담은 체육교과지도에는 정적인 영향을 미친다고 나타났으나, 진로준비노력은 대인관계에 부적영향을 미치고 진로상담은 대인관계에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있지 않다고 나타났다. 셋째, 예비체육교사의 진로준비행동은 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 진로준비행동의 진로준비노력, 진로상담 모두 진로결정수준에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비체육교사의 교수효능감은 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 교수효능감의 체육교과지도는 직업계획수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 대인관계는 직업계획수준에 영향을 미치지 않다고 나타났다. 체육교과지도 및 대인관계는 전공계획수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 예비체육교사의 진로준비행동은 교수효능감과 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치고, 교수효능감 또한 진로결정수준에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 예비체육교사의 진로준비행동이 높아질수록 교수효능감이 높아지고, 진로결정수준 또한 진로준비행동에 의해 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of preliminary physical education teacher's career preparation behavior on teaching efficacy and career decision. In this study, data were collected from 330 preliminary physical education teachers who want to be physical education teachers at universities and graduate schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do in 2020. This study analyzed the questionnaire using SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical program for demographic analysis, and carried out descriptive statistical analysis and frequency analysis. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to verify the measurement tools. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the career preparation behavior of the preliminary physical education teacher had a positive effect on physical education instruction, which is a sub-factor of teaching efficacy, and did not affect the interpersonal relationship. In addition, it was found that career preparation behavior all had a positive effect on career decision, and physical education instruction among teaching efficacy had a positive effect on career decision-making level, but interpersonal relationships did not affect career decision-making level.
