Abstract
The necessity of this study can be argued from the attempt to conceive the application of flipped classroom in the process of seeking alternatives to overcome the difficulties of the development of learning activity due to the lack of arts curriculum in general high school. Flipped classroom is one of the methods of classroom innovation that is presented in order to promote individualization of learning in face - to - face class and communication - centered self - directed learning among class participants. It is a learning method that enables the development of ability such as communication ability through collaboration and self-directed problem solving skills by allowing specific individual feedback and activity-oriented classes on the course of the learning process to be carried out after performing tasks in the form of imaging media etc. The purpose of the study is to explore the educational implications of classroom use and ceramic arts classes in general high school art education sites, and to confirm through the application of practical classes that the introduction of classroom teaching methods upside down at the current high school art department can be a new alternative to class design and operation that can positively affect students' learning activities. Based on the purpose of the study, 19 male students of public high school were selected as participants in the study and applied the 20th art class and the 20th art class based on the study, setting three research questions: What is the change that appears in the teaching-learning scene of the general high school art class?', 'What is the experience and learning in the reverse classroom based on the ceramic education?' and 'What is the implications of the art class design of the reverse class based on the study?'. A method of qualitative research based on phenomenological research, which, after collecting data through participation observations of classroom experience and in-depth interview, uses the qualitative analysis stage of Walcott's technology-analysis-analysis stage of qualitative analysis, 'What happens in classrooms in reverse' experience with students' craft education, and 'A class based on ceramic arts in classrooms' as the top three implications of the design of classroom art teachers' sub-categories. In summing up the results of these studies, the educational implications of the research implementation process in relation to the subject matter of this study are as follows: First, it was confirmed that the introduction of the art curriculum in the Flipped Classroom could provide ample opportunity for learning experience through securing time for activity, thus acting as an alternative to compensating for the various learning sanctions deficits in the curriculum due to the current lack of vision. In addition, it was confirmed that the process of active peer learning and self-learning shown in the classroom scene has a positive relationship with the cultivation of 'communication capabilities' and 'knowledge processing capabilities' presented in the 2015 revised curriculum, respectively. Second, we were able to find significance in the value of craft education, in which we could have an experience of expansion of thinking about the potential of utilization by linking the effect of emotional purification of high school students and the medium of clay to life. Third, it was confirmed that Flipped classrooms based on ceramic arts education could suggest aspects of enhancing teachers' ability to map and expertise that enable them to grow into 'teachers who are always agonizing over and studying the design of classes' in that they could study classes using diverse media related to the student's life context, and to refine their preparation for classes by preparing for prior study in advance. This study is meaningful in that it has found that Flipped classroom art classes based on ceramic arts education can serve as a realistic alternative to problems that have been consistently addressed in art classes in ordinary high schools, such as individual map times and lack of communication on the face of class scenes due to lack of vision. In addition, this study is an attempt to find a new direction for activating ceramic arts education, which was included in the curriculum but was difficult to learn due to limitations of existing physical space and complex techniques and material properties within ordinary high schools, and may serve as an opportunity to expand the scope of thinking about class sanctions and media use for teachers designing ordinary high school art classes.;본 연구의 필요성은 현재 일반 고등학교에서 미술 교과의 현저히 부족한 이수 단위로 인한 학습 활동 전개의 어려움을 극복하기 위한 대안을 모색하는 과정에서 ‘거꾸로 교실’의 수업 방법의 적용을 구상하는 시도로부터 출발할 수 있다.
