국내·외 임산부 대상 음악중재연구 고찰

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 음악 중재 기반의 연구 내 근거중심의 연구와 실제가 강조되면서 중재 연구를 보다 엄격한 논거를 토대로 수행되고 있는 시점에 국내·외 임산부 대상 음악중재연구의 전반적 특성, 중재내용의 특징, 제시된 음악중재 구성 및 논거의 적절성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 분석기준에 부합하는 국내·외 전문학술지 게재논문 22편을 선정하고 선정된 논문을 대상으로 중재 구성 및 논거 제시 수준을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 중재 제공자, 중재 기간, 중재활동, 음악에 대한 논거 기술 수준이 전반적으로 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 분석 대상 연구들의 중재 구성 및 논거를 연구자의 학문적 배경에 따라 분석한 결과 음악 중재 시행에 있어서 중요한 중재 제공자, 중재 기간, 중재활동, 음악에 대한 논거 기술 수준에 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 총 5개의 중재 구성 관련 항목 중 음악과 중재 활동에 대한 논거를 포함한 연구를 중심으로 2개 이상 제시한 연구는 총9편으로 이를 대상으로 논거에 대한 추가 분석을 수행하였다. 대부분의 연구에서 음악에 대한 논거에 대해서는 기재하였으나 연구자의 학문적 배경에 따라 시행된 활동과 음악에 대한 세부내용과 논거제시 수준이 차이가 있었다. 본 연구 결과 음악치료가 근거 중심의 학문으로 발전하기 위해서는 연구자들이 중재 항목의 타당성과 중재 구성에 대한 논거를 더울 충실히 제시할 필요가 있음을 나타내며, 추후 연구에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 임산부의 심리적·정서적 지원을 위한 음악중재연구가 지속되길 기대한다.;This study analyzes the overall major components of music intervention: intervention provider, music activities, duration, activity rationale, and music rationale. Twenty-two domestic and international studies published from 2000 until March of 2019 targeting pregnant women worldwide were reviewed. Among these studies, only four were inspected directly by music therapists while eighteen were observed by other professions. Unfortunately, only nine studies met the criteria and were processed with an additional two analysis related to a rationale of interventions. Most of the studies contained inadequate level of detailed contents. Moreover, the academic backgrounds of research conductors were also in dispute. There was hiatus in determining music intervention effect which can be improved further. Throughout an evidence-based study, it is aware the researchers need to provide stricter criterion for research background and regulations for the compositions of music intervention effect. Further studies are expected, focusing on psychological and emotional support for pregnant women after the long-term exposure of music intervention.
