창의적 문제해결방법 CPS모형을 적용한 자유학기제 오케스트라 교육을 받은 학생들의 경험 탐구

Abstract

본 연구는 창의적 문제해결 CPS모형을 적용한 자유학기제 오케스트라 교육을 받은 학생들의 경험을 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 총 10차시의 CPS모형을 적용한 오케스트라 수업을 설계한 후 자유학기제 중학교 1학년 12명을 대상으로 질적 사례연구를 진행하였고 참여관찰, 심층면담, 녹화 및 녹음, 수업 활동지 및 학습 자료를 연구 자료로 설정하고 이를 분석하여 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 연구 참여자들은 CPS모형을 적용한 오케스트라 수업의 문제상황 인식단계에서 학생들의 실제상황과 동일시한 문제를 만남으로써 결과적으로 심리적 위안감을 통한 수업 참여 동기에 긍정적 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 자유로운 수업 분위기에서 학생들 간 활발한 소통을 통해 친밀감 있는 관계형성과 서로의 아이디어를 공유하고 존중하는 태도로 음악적 사고를 풍부히 하여 음악활동에 자심감과 도전정신을 경험하였다.셋째, 다양한 학생중심 활동을 통해 음악 학습에 흥미를 경험하여 음악 활동에 지속적 참여 의지가 향상되었다.넷째, 창의적 문제해결의 탐구적 자세를 경험함으로써 연주실력 향상 및 창의적 사고 활동의 흥미 경험, 문제해결의 성공적 경험이 가능하였지만 일부 개인의 성향과 특성에 따라 부담감과 부정적인 학습 경험을 초래하였다. 다섯째, 자신의 학습에 대한 책임감과 공동의 목표를 함께 수행함으로써 타인에 대한 이해와 타협의 과정을 경험하고 이전 보다 더 고차원적이며 종합적인 사고(창의적 사고, 확산적 사고, 수렴적 사고, 논리 비판적 사고)를 개발하였다. 하지만 차시별 연계된 지속적 발문과 생각유도로 음악학습에 대한 부정적 동기 변화도 나타났다. 여섯째, 자신의 학습을 효율적으로 계획함으로써 활동의 목적의식과 자신의 학습을 관리 및 조절함으로써 자기 주도적 학습을 경험하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 창의적 문제해결방법 CPS모형을 적용한 자유학기제 오케스트라 수업이 학생들에게 음악학습 동기와 종합적 사고 신장의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 학생들이 참여적이며 자기주도적인 학습자로 임할 수 있는 다양한 예술 경험과 창의 음악 수업 지도 연구가 적극적으로 연구되길 기대한다.;The purpose of the study was to explore the experiences of students with Free Semester Orchestra Training using the CPS (creative problem solving) model. For this purpose, I conducted a qualitative case study on 12 students in the first grade of the Free Semester System and it was designed Free Orchestra Class with the CPS model in 10 times. The following were set up as research data and the conclusions were drawn by analyzing them: Participation observation, in-depth interview, recording video and sounds, class activity sites and learning materials. First, the participants have shown not only psychological comforts but positive changes in their class motivation by encountering the same issues like students' actual situation during the orchestra class at the Recognize Opportunities stage in the CPS model. Second, it was possible to establish intimate relationships between students in a positive class atmosphere. Also, students have experienced self-confidence and a challenging spirit in musical activities by enriching musical thoughts with sharing and respecting each other's ideas. Third, students were interested in music learning and their willingness to participate in music activities was improved through various student-centered activities. Fourth, the students were interested in improving their musical performance and creative thinking activities by experiencing the exploratory attitude of creative problem solving and were able to successfully solve problems through them. However, some individuals' tendencies and characteristics have also led to psychological pressure and negative learning experiences. Fifth, they experienced the process of understanding and compromise with others by carrying out his responsibility for learning and common goals together. It has developed higher dimensional and comprehensive thinking (creative thinking, diffuse thinking, convergent thinking, logical critical thinking) than ever before. Finally, Students experienced self-directed learning by efficiently planning their learning. They also knew the purpose of their activities and were able to manage and control their learning on their own. These results show that the free class orchestra applying the CPS model of creative problem solving has a positive effect on the students. Therefore, we expect that various artistic experiences and creative music teaching instruction research will be actively studied so that students become participate and self-directed learners.
