중등예비음악교사의 교직관 인식 조사

Abstract

본 연구는 중등예비음악교사의 교직관에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 서울에 소재한 7개의 교육대학원의 재학생 120명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 이후 연구 문제에 따라 빈도분석, 기술통계, t-test를 실시하여 그 차이를 알아보았다. 다음은 연구 결과를 요약한 것이다. 첫째, 중등예비음악교사의 전반적인 교직관 인식의 차이를 비교한 결과, 전문직관, 성직관, 노동직관의 순으로 인식되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중등예비음악교사의 교직의 일반적인 인식에 따른 교직관의 인식을 분석한결과, 교직 선택 동기와 교직의 장점 그리고 음악교사가 갖춰야하는 조건 등의 영역에서 ‘학생들을 가르치는 기쁨’, ‘교직에 대한 소명의식’등의 문항을 선택한 학생들의 노동직관이 낮게 인식 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, ‘직업의안정성’을 선택한 학생이 선택하지 않은 학생에 비하여 노동직관의 교직관의 인식이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중등예비음악교사의 교직에 대한 가치관에 영향을 미친 요인으로‘부모님’과 ‘음악개인지도 선생님’을 선택한 학생들과 선택하지 않은 학생들의 교직관 인식에는 차이가 나타났으며, ‘부모님’을 선택한 학생들의 노동성의 인식이 더 높게 인식하고 있었고, ‘음악개인지도 선생님’을 선택한 학생의 노동성의 문항에 대한 인식이 낮게 나타났다. 마지막으로 중등예비음악교사가 교직현장에서의 어려움으로 생각하는 요인으로는 ‘수업 이외의 행정 업무 과다’를 선택한 학생들이 선택하지 않은 학생들에 비해 성직관 하위 영역인 중 존중과 사랑 인식이 높게 나타났으며, 예비음악교사가 생각하는 이상적인 교사의 교직관 문항에선 교직관 인식에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중등예비음악교사 교육실습 유무에 따른 교직관 유형 및 전체적인 인식의 차이에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만 전체적인 성직관과 전문직관의 평균을 살펴보면 교육실습의 경험이 없는 학생이 교육실습의 경험이 있는 학 생들 보다 성직관과 전문직관의 교직관에 대한 인식이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중등예비음악교사의 교직관 인식을 개선시키기 위해선 교육양성기관의 커리큘럼이 교육현장에서의 다양한 현장경험 중심의 프로그램으로 마련되어야 할 것이며, 예비교사들이 올바른 가치관과 교직에 대한 태도를 키워나갈 수 있도록 계속적인 관심이 필요할 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통하여 교육대학원의 재학생들이 자신의 교직관에 대해 생각해보고 정립해 나갈 수 있는 계기가 되길 바라며, 그들이 현장교사가 되었을 때 그들의 교직 생활에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있길 기대한다.;The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of teachers of secondary music music teachers. For this purpose, 120 students of 7 graduate schools of education in Seoul were surveyed. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and t-test according to the research questions. The following is a summary of the results. First, as a result of comparing the differences of perceptions of general teachers in secondary music teachers, it was found that they are recognized in the order of professional intuition, sexual intuition, and labor intuition. Second, in analyzing the perception of the teachers according to the general perception of the teaching profession of the secondary music teacher, it was found that the students joy to teach students', And that the students perception of labor intuition is low. On the other hand, the teachers' perception of job intuition was higher than that of students who did not select 'job stability'. There was a difference in teachers' perceptions of students who selected 'parents' and' music tutoring teachers' as the factors influencing their values on teaching, and those who selected 'parents' And the students who selected 'music teacher' showed low perceptions of the items of labor. Finally, the factors that the secondary music teacher thought to be difficulties in the teaching profession were higher respect and love perception than the students who did not choose the students who selected 'excessive administrative work' The results of this study are as follows. Third, there was no significant difference in teacher's type and overall perception difference according to whether or not there was a teaching practice of secondary music teacher. However, when we look at the average of sexual intuition and professional intuition, it is found that students who have no experience in teaching practice have higher perception of teachers of sex intuition and professional intuition than those who have experience of teaching practice. Based on these results, it is suggested that the curriculum of educational institutes should be designed to provide a variety of field experience - oriented programs in order to improve the awareness of teachers of secondary music teachers, and the pre - service teachers should develop attitude toward correct values and teaching You will need constant attention to get out. Lastly, through this study, I hope that the students of the graduate school of education will be able to think about their teachers and establish them, and hopefully they will have a positive effect on their teaching life when they become field teachers.
