스킬스트리밍(Skillstreaming)을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램이 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 성 태도 및 이성교제 예절과 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

사회적 화두인 ‘미투(#MeToo) 운동’은 올바른 성 가치관 미확립과 성인지·성폭력 예방 교육의 부재로 나타난 양상이다. 인간의 가장 기본적인 욕구 중의 하나인 성(sexuality)은 각자가 가진 생물학적 기능, 신체적 특징, 정서, 능력, 태도, 강점 및 약점, 자라온 환경을 모두 포함하는 개념이다. 올바른 성 지식과 성가치관을 갖는 것은 인간이 올바른 삶을 영위하기 위한 필수적인 요소이며 특히 청소년기에 올바른 성 지식 및 성가치관을 습득하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 장애인의 성은 비장애인과 마찬가지로 누구나 갖는 욕구이자 권리이므로 장애청소년의 이성교제는 지극히 자연스러운 현상이며, 그들에게 마땅히 이성교제를 할 권리가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 장애청소년이 비장애청소년과 비슷한 성적 욕구를 지니고 있다 하더라도, 그들은 건강하고 친밀한 이성 관계를 맺는 데 어려움을 보인다. 따라서 장애청소년의 부적절한 성적 표현과 행동을 감소시키는 동시에 건강하고 책임감 있는 이성 관계 형성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 이성교제 기술 중재 프로그램이 적극적으로 개발되고 활성화되어야 한다. 증거기반의 사회성 기술 교수 프로그램인 스킬스트리밍(Skillstreaming) 교수방법을 활용하여 청소년용 스킬스트리밍 기술목록에 포함된 사회성 기술을 기반으로 장애청소년에게 이성교제 기술을 교수한다면, 장애청소년들이 성에 대한 바른 태도와 이성교제를 위한 적절한 예절을 효과적으로 배우는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 장애학생만을 대상으로 하여 실시하지 않고 통합학급에서 함께 생활하는 비장애학생과 함께하는 프로그램으로 실시한다면 장애학생이 새롭게 배운 기술을 일반화하는 데 도움이 될 뿐 아니라 함께 참여한 비장애학생의 장애인식이나 수용태도도 향상될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램을 실시하고 이것이 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 성 태도 및 이성교제 예절과 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구의 참여자는 인천 소재 인문계 S고등학교 특수학급에 속한 2학년 장애학생 7명과 S고등학교 2학년 비장애학생 7명이다. 본 연구의 독립변인인 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램은 해당 고등학교 특수교사인 연구자가 창의적 체험활동 수업시간에 주 2회씩 총 12회기에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 중재를 마친 후, 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램이 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 성 태도 및 이성교제 예절과 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었는지 확인하기 위해 성 태도 및 이성교제 예절, 장애수용태도의 사전·사후검사 점수의 변화를 대응표본 t 검정을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램에 참여한 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 성 태도에서 사전검사에 비해 사후검사 점수가 더 높게 나타났으며 이러한 차이는 통계적으로도 유의하였다. 아울러 성 태도의 하위 요인별 분석 결과 전 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램에 참여한 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 이성교제 예절에서 사전검사에 비해 사후검사 점수가 더 높게 나타났으며 이러한 차이는 통계적으로도 유의하였다. 아울러 이성교제 예절의 하위 요인별 분석 결과 전 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램에 참여한 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에서 사전검사에 비해 사후검사 점수가 더 높게 나타났으며 이러한 차이는 통계적으로도 유의하였다. 아울러 장애수용태도의 하위 요인별 분석 결과 전 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 스킬스트리밍을 활용한 이성교제 기술 교수 프로그램이 고등학교 특수학급 장애학생의 성 태도 및 이성교제 예절과 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 스킬스트리밍을 활용하여 기존의 이성교제 기술 교수를 보다 정교화하여 장애학생과 비장애학생이 함께 참여할 수 있도록 실행했다는 데 그 의의가 있다.;The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of intimate relationship skills instruction program using skillstreaming, which was designed for the students with disabilities in high school, on sexual attitude and dating manners, and attitudes toward disability of students without disabilities. The participants were 7 students with disabilities and 7 students without disabilities of S high school located in Incheon. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design to determine if a intimate relationship skills instruction program using skillstreaming would effects on sexual attitude and dating manners of students with disabilities in high school and attitudes toward disability of students without disabilities. Several dependent variables were measured for the students with disabilities in high school before intervention using sexual attitude test and dating manners test and for the students without disabilities before intervention using attitudes toward disability. For the intervention, intimate relationship skills instruction program using skillstreaming was applied as an independent variables and the program was implemented a total of 12 sessions by researcher. After the intervention, post-test were conducted using same measures used for the pre-test. The results of this study were as follows: First, students with disabilities in high school, showed positive change in sexual attitude and this difference was statistically significant. In addition, students with disabilities showed positive change in sexual attitude. they received a higher score in the pro-social behavior test than pre-test. Second, students with disabilities in high school, showed positive change in dating manners and this difference was statistically significant. In addition, students with disabilities showed positive change in dating manners. they received a higher score in the pro-social behavior test than pre-test. Third, students without disabilities showed positive change in attitudes toward disability and this difference was statistically significant. In addition, students without disabilities showed positive change in attitudes toward disability. they received a higher score in the pro-social behavior test than pre-test. In conclusions, the study found that the intimate relationship skills instruction program using skillstreaming was effective in enhancing sexual attitude, dating manners of students with disabilities in high school and enhancing attitudes toward disability of students without disabilities.
