연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기지역에 소재하고 있는 예술고등학교 2개 학교와 서울지역에 소재한 사설연기학원 2개를 선정하여 연기전공 고등학생 1~3학년 남녀 학생을 유의적 표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 수집된 자료 총 363명 중 불성실하다고 판단되는 26명을 제외한 총 337명의 자료를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구에 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 자료를 검증하였으며, 빈도분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 자기효능감의 관계를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 진행한 결과 개인기준 완벽주의는 자기효능감의 모든 하위요인(기술적 효능감, 의지조절 효능감, 판단적 효능감, 과제 난이도 선호)에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며 완벽주의의 하위요인인 수행에 대한 의심, 실수에 대한 염려는 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 기술적 효능감에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 진행한 결과 완벽주의 성향의 하위요인 중 개인기준 완벽주의는 연기몰입의 모든 하위요인(사고와 행동의 일치, 활동의 조화성, 시간개념의 상실)에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 완벽주의 성향의 하위요인 중 실수에 대한 염려는 연기몰입의 하위요인인 활동의 조화성에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연기전공 고등학생의 자기효능감과 연기몰입의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 진행한 결과 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 기술적 효능감은 연기몰입의 하위요인인 사고와 행동의 일치에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감의 하위요인인 의지조절 효능감과 판단적 효능감은 연기몰입의 모든 하위요인(사고와 행동의 일치, 활동의 조화성, 시간개념의 상실)에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감의 하위요인인 과제 난이도 선호는 연기몰입의 하위요인인 활동의 조화성에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 자기효능감은 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 종합해보면, 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향과 연기몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 수준이 높아지면 연기몰입 또한 향상된다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 이 과정에서 자기효능감은 완전매개효과를 가지게 된다. 즉, 연기전공 고등학생의 완벽주의 성향은 연기몰입에 긍정적 혹은 부정적으로 직접 영향을 주기도 하지만 자기효능감이라는 매개를 통했을 때 보다 높은 수준의 연기몰입을 이룰 수 있음을 알 수 있다.;The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of art major high school students' perfectionism and the relationship of self-efficacy. To achieve the purpose of this research, two high schools for arts in Gyeonggi Province and two private acting institutes in Seoul were selected to sample high school students who were in the first to third grade of high school for acting. Out of the total 363 collected data, a total of 337 people were used as final analysis data, excluding 26 who were judged to be dishonest. Analysis of frequency, factor analysis, t-test, one-way of anova, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, 3-step mediated regression analysis and Sobel test were performed by SPSS 22.0 program, and Scheffe was conducted in posteriori tests method. The analysis results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the multi-regression analysis conducted to find out the relationship between perfectionist tendencies and self-efficacy among high school students in acting major shows that individual standard perfectionism has a statistically significant static effect on all subfactors of self-efficacy (technical efficacy, will control efficacy, judgment efficacy, and task difficulty preference), and the dynamic effect of self-efficacy. Second, the multi-regression analysis conducted to find out the relationship between perfectionist tendencies and self-efficacy among high school students showed that individual-based perfectionism among subfactors of perfectionism had a static effect on all subfactors (consistency of thought and behavior, harmony of activities, loss of time concepts), and that concern about mistakes among subfactors of perfectionist tendencies affects the subfactors of subfactors. Third, technical efficacy among the subfactors of self-efficacy and the relationship between self-absorption by high school students in acting major has a statistically significant static effect on the identification of accidents and actions, and the will-control and judgment effectiveness, which are subfactors of self-efficacy, have a significant effect on all sub-individual factors (accident, loss of coordination, and time of static action). Also, the preference for task difficulty, which is a subfactor of self-efficacy, has a static influence on the harmony of activities, which is a subfactor of immersion for performance. Fourth, it was found that self-efficacy mediated in the relationship between perfectionism and immersion for performance among high school students in acting major showed that self-efficacy completely mediates the relationship between perfectionism and the tendency of high school students in acting. To sum up the above conclusion, the higher the level of self-efficacy in the perfectionism of acting high school students and their relationship with acting, the better the level of self-efficacy, too. Also, in the process, self-efficacy is completely reproducible. In other words, the perfectionist attitude of a high school student in acting major may have a positive or negative direct impact on his or her performance immersion, but it is possible to achieve higher levels of acting through self-efficacy.
