무용지도자의 직업정체성이 교수효능감 및 직무만족도에 미치는영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 무용 지도자의 직업정체성이 교수효능감 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써, 효율적이고 질 높은 수업 및 관리를 위해 무용지도자의 직업정체성이 교수효능감과 직무만족도에 얼마나 중요한 영향을 미치는지, 각 변인들과의 관계에 대해 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울, 인천, 부산에 있는 무용 전공자들 중 현재 무용을 가르치고 있는 지도자를 대상으로 배경적 특성과 직업정체성, 교수효능감, 직무만족도 문항을 사용하여, 총 300부를 직접 배포 및 온라인 설문지를 실시하였다. 연구대상에게 회수된 설문지 300부 중 신뢰성이 결여된 설문지는 없었으며, 이를 바탕으로 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 대상자들의 인구통계학적 특성 분석을 위해 기술 통계 분석 및 빈도분석을, 신뢰도요인 분석과 도구의 타당도 검증을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을, 관련변인의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 사용하였으며, 분석에서 나온 결과를 통해 회귀분석을 실시하여 가설 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용지도자의 직업정체성이 교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업정체성의 하위변인이 유의한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 무용지도자의 직업정체성이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업정체성의 하위변인이 직무만족도에 유의한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 무용지도자의 교수효능감이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 교수효능감 하위변인인 개인적, 일반적 교수효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향이 유의한 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해보면, 무용지도자의 직업 정체성이 높을수록 교수효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 직업정체성이 높을수록 직무만족가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 무용지도자의 직업정체성이 위와 같은 변인들에 대해 연구를 시도하였다는 점에 의의를 두었으며, 비정규직이 많은 무용지도자의 직업정체성을 어떻게 잘 형성할 것인지, 현실에 처한 위기에 대한 후속연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다. 앞으로 무용지도자의 직업정체성과 관련하여 다양한 변인들로 추가적인 심층적인 연구와 거기서 생기는 문제점들을 개선하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하다.;The purpose of this study was analyze inter-variable correlation by seeing how important effects occupational identity had on teaching efficacy and job satisfaction in dance instructors in pursuit of efficient and high-quality instruction and management. This study was conducted in incumbent dance instructors majoring in dance in Seoul, Incheon, and Busan to investigate their background characteristics, occupational identity, teaching efficacy, and job satisfaction; a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed personally or on-line. None of the 300 questionnaires returned was unreliable, and the collected data were processed by using an SPSS 23.0 program. Descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were used to determine the respondents' demographic characteristics; exploratory factor analysis was performed for reliability and validity of the instrument; correlation analysis was carried out to determine inter-variable correlation; and regression analysis based on the findings was performed to test the hypotheses. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, dance instructors' occupational identity affected their teaching efficacy, with the sub-variables of occupational identity having significant positive effects. Second, dance instructors' occupational identity affected their job satisfaction, with the sub-variables of occupational identity having significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Third, dance instructors' teaching efficacy affected their job satisfaction, with such sub-variables of teaching efficacy as personal and general teaching efficacy having significant positive effects on job satisfaction. To put these results together, the better occupational identity dance instructors had, the higher level of teaching efficacy and job satisfaction they had. The higher level of teaching efficacy, the higher level of job satisfaction. Therefore, this study is significant in that it was conducted on these variables of occupational identity in dance instructors; further research should be conducted on the measures to the crisis in practice and other problems to form positive occupational identity of dance instructors, many of whom are irregular workers. It is necessary to conduct additional in-depth research on many different variables of occupational identity in dance instructors and make positive efforts to solve relevant problems.
