Mortality and recurrence rates of Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) continue to be high even though the procedure is performed during golden hours. A review of the past medical history is an important element when a clinician determines an appropriate course of treatment for the patient. However, this information cannot be delivered promptly and effectively when a patient visits a hospital for the first time. In this paper, we present a medical image based emergency care summary record required by a clinician, at urgent moments for AMI patients, that is composed of essential data based on interviews by three cardiologists. Subsequently, an image labeling method is proposed that automatically selects the precise medical image from a set of medical images for generating an emergency record. This method produces accurate labeling in a CAG image rather than angiographic angles. © 2017 IEEE.*
