협동학습 TAI 모형을 적용한 해금 수업에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 협동학습 TAI 모형을 적용한 해금 수업이 중학생의 협동학습과정과 음악적 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 중학교 1학년 학생 9명이 본 연구에 참여 하였고, 협동학습 TAI 모형을 적용한 해금 수업을 16차시동안 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 협동학습 TAI 모형을 적용한 해금 수업에서 협동학습을 하며 교우관계가 개선되고, 동료 학습자와의 활발한 상호작용을 하였으며, 학업성취 욕구가 높아진 모습을 보였다. 연구 참여자들은 TAI 해금 수업에서 짝 활동과 모둠 학습을 하며 서로 간에 친밀한 관계를 형성하게 되었다. 상호 간에 긍정적인 관계가 형성된 연구 참여자들은 상호 교수를 기초로 한 상호작용을 하였고, 이러한 과정에서 연주 실력이 향상되는 모습을 보였다. 또한 TAI 해금 수업의 모둠 활동에서 동료와 함께 공동의 목표를 이루고 그에 따른 보상을 받음으로써 참여자들의 학업성취 욕구가 높아진 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 협동학습 TAI모형을 적용한 해금 수업은 연구 참여자의 음악적 태도 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 참여자들은 TAI 해금 수업에 참여하며 해금을 배우는 과정 자체에 즐거움을 느끼고, 음악에 대한 흥미가 높아졌으며, 특히 국악에 대한 관심을 갖게 되었다. 또한 TAI 해금 수업은 학생들이 음악을 연주하기까지 필요한 과정과 음악을 배우는 이유에 대해 인식하는 계기가 되었다. TAI 해금 수업을 통해 음악 활동에 대한 내재적 동기가 형성된 연구 참여자들은 최종적으로 음악 활동에 지속적으로 참여하고, 음악을 학습하고자 하는 의지를 갖게 되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 협동학습 TAI 모형을 적용한 해금 수업이 학생들의 협동학습과정과 음악적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 학생들이 음악 활동에 참여하는 과정에서 성취감을 획득하고, 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 다양한 음악 프로그램을 개발하는 연구가 적극적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. ;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on TAI(Team assisted individualization) Cooperative Learning Model on middle school students’ learning process and musical attitude. To achieve this goal, nine students in a middle school participated in this study. The TAI modle was implemented in Haegeum music class during 16 times. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, the Haegeum classes with the cooperative learning TAI model helped students have close relationships with friends, actively interact with peers, and motivate musical achievements. The participants in the TAI Haegeum class formed intimate relationship with one another during the paired and group activities. They also developed positive relationships with peers and showed improvement in their performances after participating in Haegeum music classes with TAI model. In addition, through group activities, the participants were developed and became highly motivated when they tried to achieve common goals together which brought about various rewards. Secondly, The TAI Haegeum class influenced the participants to have a more positive approach to music. Participants enjoyed the process of learning the Haegeum, and became interested in music as well as Korean classical music. They also had the opportunity to reconsider their perception of music, which was an opportunity for them to think twice about the process of playing music and the reasons behind wanting to learn music in school. This led to an increased improvement and interest in the awareness of music as well as an effect on the willingness to participate in musical activities. These results show that the Haegeum classes with the TAI cooperative learning model can positively have an effect on middle school students’ the learning process and musical attitudes. Therefore, it is expected that the research would be used develop various music programs so that the students can actively participate in these developments and feel joy from the process of participation in musical activities.
