사회공헌 무용활동현황과 참여기간에 따른 참여만족도 조사

Abstract

The purpose of the study was first, that analyzing the current status of dance activities which practise social contribution, one of the insitutions’cultural art business that is donation culture of today. The second was, searching the satisfaction of dancers who participate in dance performance according to participation duration. To grasp the current status of dance activities, this study examined ‘Lottery funding for culture share business’and ‘Korea Mecenat Assocation’. And this study also carried out a survey targeting 250 professional dancers who have joined in dance performance, one of the social contribution activities, up to now(2017), to search the satisfaction of them. 215 copies of the survey were used except 35 copies that were judged unfit in this study. SPSS 23.0 Version was used for data analysis, and credibility analysis, one-way ANOVA, two t-tests of independence and simple regression etc. were conducted. As above, this study analysed the result to grasp the current status of dance activities and also analysed research results according to participation duration. And the following conclusions were drawn. First, as the result of investigating the current status of dance activities as the social contribution, enterprise of Korea provided some cultural art programs that people could join or watch to alleviate cultural polarization phenomenon. This business supported performance groups and beneficiary organizations according to the business selection standards. And there were ‘Exciting Arts Tour’, ‘문예회관과 함께하는 방방곡곡 문화공감’, ‘Arts & Business’, ‘Arts For children’and‘Arts Organizations Develop Business’in a detailed enterprise. Each business was divided into music, dance, play, traditional art and fine art. Since cultural art business took effect in 2004, the number of the beneficiary have increased. And because of cooperation with each department, a scale of business also have increased. Like this, though institutions conducted several support policy businesses, the support for dancing was low in comparison with music or play and it was relatively very inferior. Second, in satisfaction of participation according to demographic trait of participants of dancing performance as social contribution, there were no significant differences according to gender, but according to age, there was a significant difference in social acknowledgement, and according to level of education there was a significant difference in both social acknowledgement and interest. According to belonging, there were no significant differences in satisfaction of participation, but there were significant differences in ability satisfaction and social recognition according to work experience. And there was a significant difference according to marital status and annual income. Third, to know relationship of sub factors (ability satisfaction, social acknowledgement, level of interest) of satisfaction with participation according to participation duration of dance performance participant as social contribution activities, simple regression was used. As a result, it had a small impact generally, but there were statistically significant differences among sub factors. Through this, it was apparent that the more the dancer has participated in performance as social contribution, the more higher the participants’satisfactions were. This study provided baseline data to support and spreaded social contribution activities, and attract active participation of dancers in more fields. By effort of institutions and government, dance activities increased rapidly and developed, and this study found that beneficiaries showed high degree of satisfaction. But support for dance field was still relatively inadequate in comparison with movie, musical, and popular music field that had a popular appeal. Thus, various policy development or plans were required to boost pure art that were neglected by the public. Also the more dancer has participated in performance as social contribution, the more higher the participants’satisfactions were. So to encourage dancers to participate in dance performances as social contribution and to increase the satisfaction of performance participation, high quality education for social contributing activities and establishing performance systems for dancers was consistently needed.;본 연구의 목적은 오늘날의 기부문화인 기업의 문화예술사업 중 사회공헌을 실천하는 무용활동현황을 분석하고, 그 중 무용공연에 참여하고 있는 무용수의 참여기간에 따른 만족도를 알아보는데 있다. 무용활동의 현황을 파악하기 위해 연구자는 ‘복권기금 문화나눔사업’과 ‘한국메세나협회’에 국한하여 분석하였고, 참여자의 만족도를 알아보기 위해 2017년 현재까지 사회공헌활동 중 하나인 무용공연에 참여해온 경험이 있는 직업무용수 250명을 대상으로 설문을 조사하였다. 그 중 본 연구에서 사용할 수 없다고 판단되는 설문지를 35부를 제외한 215부의 자료를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 Version을 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 일원분산분석, 두 독립 t-검정, 단순회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 위와 같이 무용활동현황을 분석한 결과 및 참여기간에 따른 참여만족도 분석을 통해 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회공헌활동으로서 무용활동현황에 대하여 조사한 결과 우리나라 기업은 문화 양극화 현상의 해소를 위해 관람 또는 참여할 수 있는 문화예술 프로그램을 제공하고 있다. 이는 사업선정기준에 따라 공연단체와 수혜기관을 지원하는 방식으로 이루어지며, 세부적인 사업으로는 ‘신나는 예술여행’ 과 ‘문예회관과 함께하는 방방곡곡 문화공감’, ‘Arts & Business’사업, ‘Arts For Children’사업, ‘Arts Organizations Develop Business’사업 등이 있다. 각 사업은 크게 음악, 무용, 연극, 전통예술, 미술 등으로 구분되며, 2004년 문화예술사업의 시행된 이래로 그 수혜자는 해마다 증가하고 있으며, 각각의 부처와의 협력으로 사업의 규모 역시 늘어나고 있다. 이처럼 기업들이 다양한 예술지원정책사업을 하고 있음에도 불구하고 무용분야의 지원은 음악이나 연극에 비해 현저히 낮게 나타나 상대적으로 매우 열세하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 사회공헌활동으로서 무용공연 참여자들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 참여만족도는, 먼저 성별에 따라서 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 연령에 따른 참여만족도는 사회적 인정에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 학력에 따른 참여만족도는 사회적 인정, 흥미도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 소속에 따른 참여만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 경력에 따른 참여만족도는 능력만족과 사회적 인정에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결혼여부와 연수입에 따른 참여만족도에서는 하위요인 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 사회공헌활동으로서 무용공연 참여자들의 참여기간에 따른 참여만족도 하위요인(능력만족, 사회적 인정, 흥미도)의 관계를 알아보기 위해 단순회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 이는 전반적으로 낮은 영향을 미쳤으나 하위요인 모두 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이를 통해 사회공헌활동으로서 공연 참여기간이 높은 무용수가 참여만족도도 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사회공헌활동을 지원하고 확산하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 보다 많은 분야에서 무용수들이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 유도하는데 의의가 있다. 기업과 정부의 노력으로 사회공헌활동으로서의 무용활동은 빠른 속도로 증가하였고 발전하였으며, 수혜자 역시 높은 만족도를 나타내고 있다는 결과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 그러나 무용분야는 대중성이 높은 영화나 뮤지컬, 대중음악에 비해 상대적으로 지원이 취약한 상황이므로, 대중들에게 외면 받는 순수예술을 신장시키기 위해 정부의 다양한 정책 개발 및 방안이 요구된다. 또한 사회공헌활동으로서의 무용공연에 참여기간이 긴 무용수일수록 참여만족도도 높다는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 무용수들의 공연 참여 만족감을 높이기 위한 보다 질 높은 사회공헌활동 교육 및 공연시스템 구축이 요구된다.
