무용지도자의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통이 무용전공 대학생의 무용몰입에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 무용지도자의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통이 무용전공 대학생의 무용몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 대상자는 서울, 경기 지역에 소재한 4년제 무용학과 대학교 재학 중인 학생 320명이다. 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문지를 배부하였으며, 불성실하게 응답한 10부를 제외한 총 310부의 설문지를 자료분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 및 기술통계 분석, 중다회귀분석, 독립표본 t –검정, ANOVA(일원배치분산분석)를 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용지도자의 언어적 의사소통은 무용전공 대학생의 인지몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 무용지도자의 비언어적 의사소통은 무용전공 대학생의 인지몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용지도자의 언어적 의사소통은 무용전공 대학생의 행위몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 무용지도자의 비언어적 의사소통은 무용전공 대학생의 행위몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용전공 대학생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 인지몰입의 차이는 성별에 따라서만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 학년, 전공, 무용경력, 출신 학교에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 무용전공 남학생, 여학생을 분리하여 차이검증을 실시한 결과, 남학생은 서울, 경기 지역의 예술고등학교 보다 지방의 일반고등학교 학생이 더욱 높은 인지몰입을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 여학생은 1학년이 4학년에 비해 인지몰입이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 무용전공 대학생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 행위몰입의 차이는 학년과 전공에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 성별, 무용경력, 출신 학교에서는 유읭한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 학년과 전공별로 분리하여 차이검증을 실시한 결과, 1학년은 현대무용, 발레 전공이 한국무용 전공에 비해 행위몰입이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 3학년은 현대무용, 발레 전공이 한국무용 전공보다 전공에서는 현대무용과 발레 전공 학생이 한국무용 전공 학생보다 더 높은 행위몰입을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 성별과 무용 경력, 출신 학교에 따른 행위몰입의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 무용지도자의 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통을 무용교수법에 적극적으로 반영하여 학생들의 무용몰입을 증진시킬 수 있는 이론적 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of verbal and nonverbal communication of dance instructor’s on dance commitment of university students majoring in dance. The subjects of the study were 320 students attending 4 year dance course in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The questionnaires were distributed using the convenience sampling method. A total of 310 questionnaires were used for data analysis, except for 10 cases that responded unfairly. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation and descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, independent sample t - test and ANOVA (one - way ANOVA) using SPSS 24.0 statistical program. The results of the study are as follows. The results of this study are as follows First, the linguistic communication of the dance instructor’s showed a statistically significant positive influence on the perceived immersion of college students in the dance major. The non - verbal communication of the dance instructor’s was significant . Second, the verbal communication of the dance instructor’s showed a statistically significant positive effect on the behavioral commitment of the university students. However, the non-verbal communication of the dance instructor’s showed significant influence on the behavioral intention of the dance students. Third, the differences of cognitive commitment according to the demographic characteristics of dance college students showed significant differences only by gender, and there were no statistically significant differences in grade, major, dance career, and school attended. As a result, male students showed higher cognitive commitment than local high school students in art high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The female students showed higher cognitive commitment than the 4th grade students. Fourth, the difference of behavioral commitment according to the demographic characteristics of dance college students was significant only in the grade and major, and there was no significant difference in sex, dance career, and school attended. In the first grade, contemporary dance and ballet major showed higher behavioral intention than Korean dance major. In the third grade, contemporary dance, ballet major, Students of contemporary dance and ballet major showed a higher level of commitment than students of Korean dance. There was no statistically significant difference in gender, dance experience, and behavioral commitment according to the school they attended. This study can be utilized as a basic data to improve students' dance commitment by positively reflecting positive communication of dance intructor’s in dance teaching method.
