Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the psychological well-being of college students and the academic stress of university students who participate in the college orchestra club. To this end, a total of 150 students from the seven college orchestra clubs of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province participated in the survey. The collected data were analyzed using statistical package software SPSS Ver.5, and conducted analysis of frequency analysis, technical statistics, independent sample t-tests and correlations analysis and correlations analysis. In addition, the results of a quantitative study conducted by the orchestra were conducted in order to supplement the gaps in the orchestra. The summary of the findings is as follows. First, undergraduates in the orchestra club have experienced psychological well-being during the orchestra's activities, and in detail, personal growth has become the highest among the psychological factors of psychological well-being. On the other hand, the lowest autonomy is reflected in the study, which shows the lowest level of self-control among senior citizens of psychological well-being, who view the self-exciting and psychological well-being of senior citizens. In the interview, members of the orchestra said, " Through constant exercise and concert participation, I improved the musical skills and the skill and musical skills of the orchestra. " The answer was that the members of the orchestra developed and developed individually through the orchestra activities. One can think of this aspect of psychological well-being as the highest element of psychological well-being. In an interview with the questionnaire, the respondents answered, " Since the orchestra is acting as one of the best performers, it is important to note that it is important to follow the instructions of the conductor, so it is important to note that it is not important to express the opinions of the individual. " One might think that the most likely cause of psychological well-being is the low level of autonomy. Second, in the academic stress category, students in the orchestra play in order to study (3.18 points) in the orchestra (3.18 points), stress (2.80 points), social stress (2.17 points), and lifestyle stress (1.94 points). In an interview on the highest level of stress, the respondents responded that they were stressed by anxiety about their career path, testing, and management of their careers. However, the respondents answered that if they play musical instruments when they study, they become absorbed in the moment and solve the stress. These responses show that orchestra activities have a positive effect on how to deal with academic stress. Third, the college students who participated in the orchestra club showed the stress of future (employment) stress, depending on the number of academic stress factors. Fourth, we analyzed the correlation between the psychological well-being of university students and the academic stress of university students. This means that the higher the psychological well-being of the orchestra, the more likely it will be to study stress. In particular, regardless of the sub-area of psychological well-being, the stress and stress of future (employment) stress remained significant, but the stress and stress stresses showed that the stress and stress stresses were relatively weaker only in several factors. The study confirmed the positive relationship between the college students studying the psychology of college students and the academic stress of university students. The study hopes that the college student's orchestra will become more active, and more university students can participate actively.
