통계 그래프를 이용한 외국인 관광객의 성향과 연도별 변화추이 비교 분석

Abstract

Foreign tourists traveling Korea are increasing in the rapidly developing world. According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, 48,113 foreigners visiting Korea conducted a survey between 2011 and 2014. The survey data was collected by foreigners visiting Korea, and the data was analyzed to compare tourist patterns and tendency using various statistical techniques. The survey polled 28 questions from 2011 to 2013 and 26 in 2014. It was categorized as a form of travel, nationality, visiting purpose, age, gender, travel companions, good destination, accommodations, etc. First of all, a sample of tourists was analyzed in the thesis. It is classified by ratio of nationality, gender, age, travel form, and visiting purpose. For more detailed analysis of tourist tendency, the data were analyzed with travel forms by nationality, visiting purpose by nationality, age by nationality, travel companions by gender, travel forms by gender, good destination by nationality, and accommodations by visiting purpose. Assessment of foreign tourists traveling Korea was analyzed in three categories. They are overall satisfaction of traveling Korea by image changes, overall satisfaction by nationality, and travel recommendation by nationality.;빠르게 발전하는 글로벌시대에 있어 한국을 여행을 하는 외국인 관광객은 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 2011년부터 2014년까지 4년간 한국을 방문한 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 문화체육관광부에서 조사한 48,113명의 설문조사 데이터를 이용하여 외국인 관광객들의 한국 여행 관광 패턴을 살펴보고 이들의 여행 성향과 연도별 추이를 다양한 통계 그래픽 기법들을 이용하여 비교분석 하고자 한다. 설문조사는 2011년에서 2013년까지는 28개, 2014년의 설문지는 26개의 문항으로 조사되었으며 연도별로 각각 여행 형태, 거주국, 방한 목적, 연령, 성별, 동반 현황, 좋았던 방문지, 그리고 숙박시설 항목 등으로 분류되어 있다. 먼저 관광객 표본 현황에 대한 분석을 실시 하였으며 거주국별 관광객 구성비율, 성별 관광객 구성 비율, 연령별 관광객 구성 비율, 여행 형태별 관광객 구성 비율, 그리고 방한 목적별 관광객 구성 비율을 분석하였다. 다음으로 좀 더 세부적인 관광객 실태 분석을 하였는데 거주국별 여행 형태, 거주국별 방한 목적, 거주국 및 연령별, 동반 현황 및 성별, 여행 형태 및 성별, 거주국별 좋았던 방문지, 그리고 방한 목적에 따른 숙박시설에 대한 분석을 하였다. 또한 한국을 여행한 외국인 관광객들이 한국 여행에 대한 평가를 어떻게 하는지에 대한 분석은 3가지로 나누어 실시하였다. 한국 여행에 대한 전반적 만족도와 이미지 변화, 거주국별 전반적 만족도, 그리고 거주국별 한국 여행 추천 의사를 분석하였다.
