초등학교 특수학급 학생 대상 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

Abstract

최근 일반교육과 특수교육의 양극화가 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 장애학생은 잘 할 수 없을 것이라는 편견 때문에, 환경관련 진로교육 학습활동에서 배제되는 경우가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 초등학교 특수학급 환경관련 진로교육에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구는 초등학교 특수학급 학생 대상 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구이다. 이 연구를 위하여 초등학교 특수학급 재학생을 대상으로 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용을 하였으며, 장애학생들의 진로인식 실태와 직업인식 변화에 대하여 알아보았다. 그 결과, 초등학교 특수학급 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램을 교과서, 환경교육 관련자료, 진로교육 관련자료 등을 참고하여 17차시 분량의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램 영역은 자아이해, 사회적 역량 개발, 일과 직업세계의 이해, 진로탐색, 진로디자인과 준비로 구성되었다. 1차시-6차시는 일반적인 진로인식의 실태를 알아보기 위한 것이고, 7차시-17차시는 환경관련 직업인식의 변화를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램 적용 전 학생의 진로인식 실태를 분석하였더니, 학생들은 진로에 대한 올바른 개념을 형성하지 못하였고, 자신이 선택한 진로에 대하여도 관심이 부족하였다. 또한 자신의 진로에 대하여 부정적인 자아개념을 형성하고 있었다. 환경관련 학생들의 지식수준은, 학생이 생활하고 있는 농촌 지역 환경과 관련 있는 토양오염과 수질오염에 대하여는 잘 이해하였으나, 추상적이거나 실제 우리 생활에서 활용되지 않는 내용인 이산화탄소 배출, 푸드 마일리지, 기후변화에는 이해력이 부족하였다. 또한 환경관련 지식을 알게 되었으나, 일상생활에 적용하는 데 어려움을 보였고, 환경관련 직업에 대한 관심과 이해가 부족하였다. 그러나 학생들은 환경관련 진로교육 프로그램을 적용하면서 자신의 진로에 대하여 관심과 이해력이 향상되었고, 환경관련 직업 선택에도 긍정적으로 변화되었다.;The purpose of this study on the Development and Application of Environment-related Career Education for Elementary School Students at Special Classroom. Through this study, we investigated the career recognition perceptions and the change of career recognition of students with disabilities. After analyzing of the students' career awareness for applying the environment-related career education program, students could not form a correct concept of career and lacked interest in their chosen career. They were forming a negative self-concept about their career and showed violent tendencies. Changes in occupational perception through the application of environment related career education programs have been well understood about soil pollution and water pollution related to the rural environment in which students live. However, the contents of carbon dioxide emission, Food mileage, and climate change. Also, it was difficult to apply environmental knowledge to everyday life, and there was lack of interest and understanding about environmental related occupation. However, students have improved their interest and understanding of their careers while applying environment-related career education programs.
