Erratum to: Altered intrinsic brain activity after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer: A preliminary study (Eur Radiol, 10.1007/s00330-016-4578-x)

Abstract

The original version of this article, originally published on November 23, 2016, unfortunately contained a mistake. The following correction has therefore been made in the original: The sentence, “Linear regression was estimated with six motion parameters, CSF signal, WM signal, and global mean as covariates to remove the head motion effect and other possible artefacts.” was deleted from the section on rsfMRI imaging preprocessing. Reason: We originally analyzed the data using the basic edition ofDPARSF toolbox version 2.2 in which nuisance regression was not applied before calculating ALFF, fALFF, and ReHo, but regression could be performed at a later date for preprocessing with the updated version of DPARSF. Since there was confusion about which edition of DPARSF was applied, we incorrectly added a sentence about the regression process during our revision. © 2017, European Society of Radiology.
