Preparing for North-South Korean telecommunication integration

Abstract

A framework is presented for the analysis of policy issues which may occur after North-South Korea reunification. Possible national objectives are first stated, and then policy measures are presented and discussed for the accomplishment of these objectives. Discussion of the framework will focus on regulatory subjects including entry regulation, price regulation, fair competition and relations with foreign firms. © MCB UP Limited.
