Abstract: A semiferrocene complex with a [14]triphyrin(2.1.1) (TriP) ligand has been synthesized. The structure and properties are characterized by X-ray crystallographic analysis, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and variable-temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy.
