Multiple photosynthetic reaction centres of porphyrinic polypeptide-Li+@C-60 supramolecular complexes

Abstract

Multiple photosynthetic reaction centres have been successfully constructed using strong supramolecular complexes of free base porphyrin polypeptides with lithium ion-encapsulated C-60 (Li+@C-60) as compared with those of C-60. Efficient energy migration and electron transfer occur in the supramolecular complexes.
