성인학습자가 지각한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구에서는 대학부설평생교육원에 재학 중인 성인학습자가 지각한 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이들의 관계에 대한 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 서울과 경기도 세 곳의 대학평생교육원에 재학 중인 성인학습자 191명을 대상으로 진로장벽, 진로준비행동, 진로탄력성에 대한 설문을 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학부설평생교육원에 재학 중인 성인학습자의 지각된 진로장벽, 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 진로장벽은 진로준비행동과 진로탄력성에 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 나타냈고, 진로탄력성은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 지각된 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 진로탄력성이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 진로준비행동에 미치는 지각된 진로장벽과 진로탄력성의 예측력을 살펴본 결과, 각각의 변인이 진로준비행동 총 변량의 1단계에서 27%, 2단계에서 6.4%, 3단계에서 20.3% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다 본 연구의 의의는 주로 대학생을 대상으로 이루어진 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 관계 연구를 성인학습자 대상으로 확대했다는 것이다. 나아가 진로탄력성 변인이 성인학습자의 지각된 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 완전매개함을 확인함으로써 성인학습자의 진로 조력을 위한 개입방향에 유용한 자료를 제공한 것이다.;This study explored the influences of career barrier on career preparation behavior of adult learners in university lifelong education center and examined the mediating effect of career resilience in terms of their relations. For this purpose, this study conducted a survey on career barrier, career preparation behavior, and career resilience targeting 191 adult learners in 3 university lifelong education centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The collected data was statistically analyzed through SPSS 18,0, The research questions and the relevant research findings are as follows. In terms of research question 1, the relations among career barrier, career resilience, career preparation behavior perceived by adult learners in university lifelong education center were investigated. As a result, career barrier showed significant negative correlation with career preparation behavior and career resilience respectively. Career resilience showed significant positive relation with career preparation behavior. In terms of research question 2, it was confirmed whether career resilience had mediating effect in the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior perceived by adults learners in university lifelong education center. As a result, it was found that career resilience had complete mediating effect in the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior. The implication of this study is to expand the studies on the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior mainly conducted for college students to adult learners. Moreover, it provide a useful material for supporting adult learners’ career by confirming that the variable of career resilience completely mediate the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior in the case of adult learners.
