Taxonomic study on the marine nematodes from the east coast of Korea

Abstract

A taxonomic study was carried out on the marine nematodes. The specimens were collected from rocky intertidal sea grass beds at 7 localities in the east coast of Korea during the period from July 2014 to February 2015. As a result of the study, 12 species belonging to 9 genera of 7 families in 3 orders are identified, of which three species (Steineridora n. sp., Acanthonchus n. sp. Monoposthia n. sp.) are described as new to science and the other 9 species are new to Korean fauna: Enoplus taipingensis Zhang and Zhou, 2012, Enoplus meridionalis Steiner, 1921, Enoplus mammillatus Timm, 1959, Phanoderma ocellatum Cobb, 1920, Oncholaimus secundicollis Shimada et al., 2009, Adoncholaimus daikocuensis Shimada and Kajihara, 2014, Eurystomina ophthalmophora Steiner, 1921, Paracanthonchus macrodon Ditlevsen, 1919, Paracanthonchus kamui Kito, 1981. All the species were described and illustrated with drawing tube and pictured with DIC photomicrograph.;본 연구는 한국에서 서식하는 해양자유생활 선형동물의 종류상을 밝히기 위해, 2014년 7월 부터 2015년 2월까지 동해안의 7개 지점에서 조간대 바위에 서식하는 해초류 근간에서 채집하였다. 표본들의 형태적인 특징을 광학현미경하에서 관찰한 결과 3목 7과 9속 12종을 동정하였다. 이 가운데 3종은 (Steineridora n. sp., Acanthonchus n. sp. Monoposthia n. sp.) 신종, 나머지 9종은 (Enoplus taipingensis Zhang and Zhou, 2012, Enoplus meridionalis Steiner, 1921, Enoplus mammillatus Timm, 1959, Phanoderma ocellatum Cobb, 1920, Oncholaimus secundicollis Shimada et al., 2009, Adoncholaimus daikocuensis Shimada and Kajihara, 2014, Eurystomina ophthalmophora Steiner, 1921, Paracanthonchus macrodon Ditlevsen, 1919, Paracanthonchus kamui Kito, 1981) 한국미기록종으로 확인되었다. 위의 모든 종에 대하여 기재하였고 분류학적 고찰과 함께 도판 및 현미경사진을 제시하였다.
